I stayed with my friend in double bed room experience is excellent apart from small size of room other than thant was comfortable

We stayed in the suite room and the access to the mall is convenient. The room air conditioning was hot though.

Close to malls and airport.

We are pleased to know that you appreciated our convenient location, with easy access to the airport and nearby shopping destinations. However, we are sorry to learn that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. We regret that our hotel's design and décor did not fully align with your preferences, and we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness and maintenance issues you encountered. Finding dust in the room and experiencing a shower drainage problem are certainly not reflective of the standards we strive to uphold.
