The hotel is a short walk from the HB station, which is great. The experience was great, from arrival to our departure, in the room setting and cleaning, and in the warm environment. The only thing that could have been done better was the availability of slippers (winter season) and a sanitary kit (cotton buds, etc.).

I was unhappy with this hotel, the location is acceptable but when I queried why there was no water in my room on day 3 they advised me as an Ibis customer I was only eligible for it on arrival. The shower could not hold its temp, and the bathroom was very dated and marked. The room had a makeover as I opted for "lates room" layout, but the two single mattresses that push together parted every night, meaning I ended up in a void on the bed base every night. All in all, a poor experience im afraid.
