The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The food was good but breakfast was a little disappointing. Just a minor example - on the streets it is easy to find real orange juice but the orange serve at breakfast was bottled and rather tasteless. The service was friendly however.

The hotel is located in Çekirge, one of the most beautiful areas of Bursa, and is also conveniently close to the city center, which can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot. The breakfast selection is very good, and the staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and I can definitely recommend this hotel.

My experience has been great. I travelled with my elderly parents for 5 days and our trips has been magnificent. I will start with the friendly and kind gentlemen on the front door, they were very helpful with my father who needed wheelchair and never hesitated to help. They helped sort out my car whenever we arrived the hotel. So thanks a million! The reception staff were very welcoming, Mr Kadir was very helpful and ensured we get two comfortable rooms! The Spa team were also extraordinary, the kind greetings by Zehra and Gul and the staff who helped with my father as he needed extra attention. The food and restaurant staff were exceptional! All in all, our stay has been great especially due to the very pleasant and friendly staff. Thank you and will surely return back!

From the valet parking to the short taxi ride into the city centre we were well looked after. Our superior room was modern and very comfortable and eating in the rooftop hotel restaurant was an enjoyable experience, with a shout out to Samet and the team, super efficient and professional. We would highly recommend the hotel from our experience.

My wife and I stayed at your hotel for three nights, mostly for the thermal water. But it turned out that everything was perfect. Food, desserts, room, thermal pool, spa, massages, etc. I need to specially thanks to Erhan for desserts, Samet for restaurant services, Fatma for the room, and all others I do not remember their names :/

I added a note for the hotel regarding the purpose of my stay during booking process. Hotel team made an arrangement for this and they made a gesture through an upgrade and a setup at the room. View from the room was very good. We used SPA and Italian restaurant located in the hotel. We were pleased with both of them. I suggest the hotel for visits to Bursa. Location is very close to city center.

What a magnificent stay! We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay at this hotel. From the kindness of the staff at the reception to the helpful cleaning personel, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the comfort of the stay everything was beyond our expactations. The breakfast was perfect. The staff in the restaurant were super kind. The only downside is the fact that some people were smoking in their rooms despite the rooms being non-smoking. Our room was filled with a horrible smell of cigarettes as soon as we opened the doors and windows.

It was a lovely stay! Very quiet and excellent SPA zone with warm swimming pool. Water massage in the pool was the best I've ever seen. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The view on the roof restaurant is amazing. I recommend at least to have a cup of coffee there. Breakfasts are not with super variety, but really high quality, which I prefer. The only area for improvement is slippers (provided by the hotel). The slippers are slippery in the SPA zone and I saw a man has fallen due to it.

Even with the initial assumption that my remarks regarding the lack of attention and service quality at this property might be disregarded; I have been staying at this hotel for nearly three weeks, and during this time, not a single staff member has approached me to ask about my experience or seek my feedback in person. In contrast, receiving a generic, automated feedback email that attempts to portray my opinion as 'valued' feels insincere and dismissive. For this reason, I am highly dissatisfied. Furthermore, the accounting department was incredibly unhelpful regarding my invoice. It is unacceptable that I had to struggle for two and a half days just to obtain an invoice for a payment I had already settled. Throughout my stay, I was not made to feel like a valued or privileged guest in any way.
