A very friendly helpful staff ( that mostly speak English), clean rooms good water, everything new. Lots of sport, walking with dogs, swimming, massages. It is really nice to be in the mountain with clean air. I am from Vancouver and love the mountains, especially when there is snow.

The hotel is amazing in all aspects, excellent location and very good services. The food were delicious and stuff were wonderful (everyone were smiling and afford help). Special thanks to Mr.Emre coşkun and Mrs.Elif özkan from reception department for their kindness, politeness and welcoming service. The swimming pool was amazing, with separate pool for ladies. Excellent vacation for families and children( kid’s club is present inside hotel with nice mentor lady inside), just playing ground is missing and they planning for it in near future,they said. Overall v.good hotel in summer for good weather and in winter for skiing..

Overall tasteful design of the hotel and room. Good and healthy food options. Great room but expected at this price level. More outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking tours would be great.

The hotel's quality of service and amenities were wonderful. However, I would suggest that the hotel staff provide better recommendations in relation to local taxi services. The taxis recommended by the hotel were charging fixed and exorbitant rates.

A beautiful hotel set in lovely alpine grounds. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and accommodated our service dog with no problems. The grounds were also perfect for walking the dog as they are walled in - the hotel actually has 2 enormous St Bernards so everyone is used to larger dogs. The hotel is new and is still experiencing teething problems. They do not serve alcohol, and should make this clear when you book! The food was all very nice - especially pizza and bread - but there is only one short menu for all meals in the restaurant and for room service, so there is not that much choice. The restaurant is the same venue for breakfast and dinner, and while it was lovely at breakfast time, the atmosphere and lighting at dinner were awful. Our food was also served cold. The spa, pool and gym are all lovely, I really recommend. The staff doing treatments just need a bit of extra training to make the experience 5*. It's a 15 minute drive from the main skiing resort.
