Every thing was excellent except for:
The noise in the front rooms overlooking the parking
The dogs barked a lot in the night
Also I need to highlight that the web site is mentioning that the outdoor pool is mixed and there is one indoor for men and kids and one indoor for women’s only, This is true while my comment is that the one for men and kids is sometimes used by ladies, appreciate taking care from this.

We were very satisfied with our one-night stay at the hotel. Despite making a last-minute booking, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for the three of us, and breakfast was enjoyable.
Unfortunately, due to a heavy snowstorm upon arrival, we didn’t have the chance to explore the surrounding area. We’re definitely planning to return next winter. It would be even better if the hotel could offer a complimentary transfer from Bursa town as part of its customer service.

Odamız çok konforlu, sade ve şıktı. Oda klimasında soğutma özelliği olsa daha iyi olurdu. Elektrik düğmelerini de çözmemiz biraz zaman aldı. Otelinizce temin edilen vücut losyonu banyoda sabitlenmişti, bence modüler olmalıydı. Şampuan ve duş jeli banyoda sabit kalabilir ama vücut kremini odada sürmek isterim. Isıtmalı havuz harikaydı. Sauna temizlik saati daha erken olabilirdi. Temizlik sonrası kurumasını da bekleyince geç hizmete girdi. Erkek ve kadın karışık alandaki spa tarafındaki buhar odasının buharı yetersizdi. Türk hamamı çok güzeldi ancak yine sabitlenmiş şampuan, duş jeli yüzünden zor anlar yaşadık. Otelin yakın çevresinde (dışarı çıkmadan hemen etrafında) yürüyüş parkuru olsa çok iyi olurdu. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Ulaş şefe teşekkür ediyoruz. Birde o kadar güzel ve geniş yeşil alan varken neden restoran manzaraya bakmayan iç kısımda anlayamadım! Ben içki kullanmıyorum benim için sorun değil ancak içki servisi mutlaka olmalı diye düşünüyorum.
