Everything is ok from location, check-in experience and room upgrade as member. The room is equipped with shoe dryer and foot massaging machine. The improvement needed is onsen dirtiness (mold on ceiling)

I had a 2 night stay in Ginza at the end of a 2 week tour in Japan. Ibis room was well appointed, comfortable room and loved the Japanese bath on rooftop

Quite far from the train but surrounded with nice restaurant. Friendly staffs. Basic breakfast. For platinum members you can enjoy free bf and some coffees, soft drinks during the day. Clean room
