A nice modern hotel with spacious rooms and a large bath. The pool was warm, the buffet breakfast was a fairly high standard and the check in/out process was efficient. The hotel is situated in a great location if you like shopping with the staff pleasant to deal with.

We came to Hotel Chadstone as part of the postnatal stay package from Jessie Macpherson Hospital. The staff were fantastic at taking care of us while we cared for our newborn, and we’re all so happy and excited that we were there. It was the perfect space to find our feet as new parents and feel more ready to come home

We stayed to celebrate my wife's birthday. The service was great, the room was clean and the location is well suited. Close to everything. The main pool area is great to spend our time there.

We really enjoy our stay here, well located only few metres from Chadstone mall. The staffs are really nice and the main highlight is the indoor pool. It's amazing for both adults and little one.
