Our whole experience was wonderful. The hotel, the rooms (and all amenities in them) and cleanliness of them. We stayed in a garden privilege room, would have preferred a room nearer to the lift rather than at the very end of the corridor but apart from that it was perfect

We had a wonderful few nights at the Mercure. The hotel is elegant, peaceful, stylish and comfortable. Everything is immaculate. The staff are attentive and welcoming, and the breakfast delicious. We loved the pool and outdoor bar area. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Porto in the future.

All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located and the garden is a surprising oasis in the middle of the city. We would happily stay here again.
