I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. The room on the sixth floor was the room you have booked. Pleased to read that the receptionist was able to resolve swiftly your request. In regards to the price paid we are a competitive hotel and are in line with our competitive set, located in the second biggest district in Portugal, on the other hand Braga is the fourth with other factors also to be considered.
