When i check in, i found out 2 mineral bottle water ini my room. I call the room service and they apologize for the inconvenience and replace with new mineral water. I think the service very fast and good but i hope you can avoid small mistake like that. Thank you

I had a very pleasant stay, very satisfied. To the breakfast was nice and okay at all. The place was clean dan very close to the everything. Perfect location!! The reception staff was really helpfull and kind, especially thank you to Mr. Guntur Gro.

Sound proofing of rooms are rather poor, shower water temperature is rather extreme. Either too hot or too cold. Master switch lighting configuration is very very frustrating. There should be a light switch to turn off the one above the mirror. Default should be the light in the toilet if need be. AC in 1010 was not working well. Stuffy.
