Easy check in and the front office very kind and helpful. But the room was dirty and dusty under the bed, the airconditioning was not cold and noisy.

i went to Ibis Budget bandung for the first time, and got experience during check-in, due to undelivered information from travel (agoda) to Hotel regarding my booking hotel. Have to wait around 30-40 minutes for check-in. second thing, when i take a bath, suddenly the door opened, i shocked and after take a bath, i call front office to confirm about the incident. Front office said there is error data on computer and created double book on the same room number. i just got this experience with this hotel (i never got any experience about other people can open my room / double book on the same room). Please tidy up the system and services. Thanks

The price is very affordable, but I'm not quite satisfied with the bathroom. The separated toilet and bathroom is unusual.

First of all I was surprised, where not available free slippers, tea and coffee that I did not get when staying.

Nice staffs including security. Room was dirty, under the bed as well. Towel was about time to change, already thin and not white anymore. Not as accor standard. Won't be back thete again. Iya suggest cleaning the room before 12 noon, not at 2 pm when i just back from walk around & tired.

I think, it wasn't bad but it wasn't the best to. But tbh, my unsatisfying was about the bathroom, very small. The other hand, the breakfast is very common and make me boring.

The room was clean, fast check in and thank you for front desk i got early check in. Everything was fine except FnB staff they should clear my table when i have getting breakfast but no one come. I request ommelete for breakfast but unavailable due to i can't eat fried chicken (the meat not soft and my molar was pain).

Overall, I enjoy my stay in Ibis Budget Asia Afrika Bandung. The beds were comfy and eventough it's a small room with huge luggage, i still find it good enough to rest. But, There's a room for an improvement. The head lamp panel on my room wasn't quite in a good condition. The lamp was flickering for most of the time in the night, so it's kind of annoying. And, there's your staff in reception who seems lost about his work. So it took me quite a while to finish my administration paper, while i'm on hurry to catch my flight.
