Yoko was incredibly helpful with showing me the meat free dishes and very welcoming!!! There was a great variety of food and drink, the bean dish was especially yummy but all delicious! A wonderful way to start the day! I am looking forward for tomorrow morning!

Great Hotel and Great area in Mexico City. Staff were great! Special shout out to Yoko for giving me some rice for breakfast to pair with the food that they had at the buffet. (Im Filipino and eat rice for breakfast. 😂) . Would definitely stay here when I’m back in the city!

The hotel is centrally located and the staff are so nice and welcoming! Close to many restaurants, shops, Alameda Park, art museum, etc. Room is great and clean. Pillows could be better. Love how they are focused on sustainability! Carafe of water waiting for me in my room was a nice touch. Main floor has drinkable water cooler. There's a restaurant which is so nice to have available. I got the breakfast buffet and Yoko was so nice and helpful in explaining all of the food options. I wish there were vegetarian eggs without ham, but there were plenty of other vegetarian options: breads, fruit, yogurt, granola, cereal, brand, rice. Very nice! Would recommend.

Took way too long to check in. First it took her like 10 minutes to find my reservation. I told her my name and she thought i said something else like a girl's name when I'm male. Then the room i was given did not have working ac. So i had to get a new room. Again the lady was trying to waste my time by not giving me another room quickly. Bad experience might not stay here any more.
