Stay was ok Lovely greetings by Jalla and Ilayda, always there to make you feel at home. They recognise you as a member, know what room you like "cough (1001) cough", make sure everything is ready for a good stay and even a room upgrade from time to time. Unfortunately housekeeping is slacking almost every single stay. There was thrash in the bin from previous guests, kettle wasn't clean as there was still water in it, the bathroom wasn't done properly either and the sink is missing a plug. If it wasn't for those issues, it would've been a 10

deposit remained blocked on the credit card used for booking still several days after the check out and despite full payment with different credit card at the desk. This is extremely annoying when somebody else books the room for you and you have to follow up multiple times because the amount is still recorded on that person's credit card statement.
