I am long term frequent user of Accor hotels, used to be Gold but now Silver on ALL program. I got a welcome drink voucher as a part of my room key with no explanation no recommendation as of where/how I can use it. I did not use it. My room in the first floor was just above an outside smoking area which was occupied by group of noisy people until after midnight, I could not sleep. There was no shower gel in the shower and the showering hose was damaged, spraying water everywhere (I suppose it was room 102, not sure though)

Horrible nights sleep

About 10-15 people sitting outside the hotel on the Terrace out side the reception “hanging out” talking load from 21.00 hrs until 03.30 hrs in the morning, both nights of my stay. These where not guests of the hotel. Other than this I was very happy with my stay, good rooms and very clean.
