It is well positioned, with a bus stop exactly in the front of the hotel. The hotel is very clean; there are everywhere poofs of "cost optimisation" but the objects and designs used are not "cheap". So we could get maximum satisfaction for our money. There are branded items (in the bathroom) and well tailored furniture in the room. We could use the parking lot during our stay. When we had a technical issue (a clogged sink), it was solved fast by the technical staff.

Very expensive for a very basic hotel room. No coffee/tea facilities and no mini bar in the room. Noisy bathroom ventilation. No power socket near the bed. Elevator was out of order. The hotel is being renovated. There was loud construction work going on and construction workers in front of our window. The staff at the check in was friendly though and the bus stop in front of the hotel is convenient.
