Nice location however experience could have been much better. Hotel quite dated, bathroom needs refurb, given room by the train tracks so couldn’t sleep both nights, was not given room upgrade with Accor gold membership.

The hotel is beautiful as were the staff. The room however was quite disappointing, the bathroom particularly needed a good clean.

- very nice located, morning walk around the bay and minutes walk to the Kiama blowhole point - room is nice, neat, with big open kitchen, living room, a nice balcony - staff are warm and supportive

Overall excellent, would come back. However i think the restaurant should be open every night, especially during peak Dec/Jan period. Also, drinks should be tabled ordered, as guest of hotel, and not have to line up at bar, its not a pub.
