We stayed 5 nights at The Pullman Sea Temple. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Especially Gina who helped us with our stay and hassling the coach transfer company we were stressed about being late for our flight. Thank you (we just made it by 5 minutes)! We appreciated the room upgrade and bags brought up to our room. The apartment was a good size and beds were comfortable with good amenities. The resort was spacious with a large pool, spa area, pool bar with happy hour and yummy food options. Buffet breakfast wasn't too bad but sometimes the bacon and sausages were a little tough and coffees not so fabulous but again, the staff were all lovely. Lots of parking options available if have a car.

room was very tired and needs upgrading. The drawers in the wardrobe were all broken. The ramps provided for wheelchair access did not meet the higher surface so my wife needed to manually pull me up over the lip. The sliding door to pool area was too narrow for the wheelchair and once again the ramp did not meet the top surface
