Nice comfortable, clean r, air-conditioned rooms. Ok bathrooms. Only the hotel was under renovation so that was a bit annoying. A quite a mess. Vegetarian options in Breakfast was limited. They need to add more items for vegetarians. Overall a decent stay. Can be much better. Giving it 3.5 star rating.

It was amazing experience. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Food taste is good. Hospitality of staff especially Ms. Niyat and Mr. Liyon is extra ordinary. We asked multiple quetions to Ms.Niyat and she replied to all of it very calmly and correctly. Also, Mr.Lion suggested genuinely good places to roam around.

My loyalty card (platinium) was not took into mind My room was not upgrade My loyalty points was not calculated properly I got room with low located mirror (make up preparation was difficult)
