Wonderful experience 💯, very nice and helpful reception stuff especially Mona, Mohamed. The beach fantastic with a lot of fish and corals. The food was good but need to be better Location of the hotel in center city NAEMA BAY. The pools great in both hotels beach and palm. The bars also serve drinks with love especially ISLAM in Palm beach. The Aircondition is weak in the room Housekeeping is good Room 3106

It is a highly recommend hotel for you vacation , if you want to enjoy your vacation to the max you should choose this hotel. When I want to rate this hotel I will rate it 100 / 100 .😍 I will start with the luxurious reception and the people welcoming us so friendly,the most thing that I like is that the hotel is being cleaned all the day , you can see cleaning staff around you everywhere, I am a cleaning freak so this was very very delightful and joyful for me .all the staff there are so friendly from the front desk to the restaurant to the animation team . The food and the buffet was really really delicious and there are varieties of choices in it I noticed that they care about healthy food , the kids buffet also was very yummy my daughter was very happy with it even they had small tables for kids in the restaurant in front of cartoons to make their experience in eating amazing. The pool was very very good the water was clean and warm I will miss the water aerobics everyday with Mrs. Olga . About the rooms, the room was very clean and tidy, they care about even the little detail in the room the housekeeping team was very fast and professional. They had a small show everyday at the evening it was amazing and interduce different show everyday . I hope i didn't forget any thing about this amazing hotel and I wish i go back there again soon . Thanks Novotel 😍

Thank you Novotel Sharm, it was truly a great stay. The hotel rooms are renovated, the staff members are very kind especially the reception team and the waiters in the bar and the restaurant. In the reception I was welcomed by Sallma and Ahmed who were very kind. Kimo at the beach was also a wonderful person. I would recommend this hotel to people who want to relax and get excellent service.

Staying at Novotel Palm Wing Hotel was great, and a nice pleasure especially with a 9 years old child... The service was great and the reception is excellent by the staff, especially the wonderful receptionist Mona who will spare no effort to process any request or service required from the hotel and quickly respond to it with a smiling face to satisfy the customer...Thanks for her efforts.. In addition to the wonderful room service cleaning, Mohamed Zahran..a kind and wonderful person and hard working.. In short, I recommend Novotel Hotel. الإقامة في فندق نوفوتيل جناح البالم كانت رائعة جدا ، ومتعة جميلة خصوصا بوجود طفل بعمر ٩ سنوات... الخدمة رائعة والاستقبال ممتاز من قبل طاقم العمل وأخص بالذكر موظفة الإستقبال الرائعة منى والتي لن توفر أي جهد لمعالجة أي طلب أو خدمة مطلوبة من الفندق وسرعة تلبيتها لذلك بوجه بشوش لإرضاء العميل....مشكوره جهودها.. إضافة إلى الرائع في خدمة الغرف محمد زهران..انسان طيب ورائع وعمل دؤوب.. بإختصار أوصي بفندق نوفوتيل.

We booked this hotel to have few moments before leaving to Cairo in the evening. Front desk was professional, helpful and nice to us. We had family room on palm side (5 minutes of beach by walk, not an issue at all). Room was perfectly clean, we had some food prepared inside the room (as ALL platinium member). We had a nice experience, pool is clean, beach is enough big, some reef which offer nice snorkeling spot. Well located as it took 15 minutes by walk (with 2 children) to reach Hard Rock Cafe (center of Naama Bay entertainment zone) We didn’t have the chance to experiment food but all we saw satisfied us.
