The stay was good, but there were some negative points that I am not used to in the Rixos group The golf cars were very slow and the drivers were not helpful Housekeeping is only available upon request, the bed linen and duvet were not changed prior to arrival and it was clear that they had been changed more than a day ago as they smelled of dust. The bed cover had lint in it The kitchen and reception were not cleaned unless you requested it, although the rooms were tidy I wish there was a Rixy club for kids The food is excellent and the staff are delightful

Pool entrance locker broken and villa entrance door damaged too , reported but nothing happened for 6 days . Not a safe situation at all , why u deliver me villa needs maintenance?? I even asked to report directly to GM.no feedback is the Gm don't care ? Or what No big towels available for 3 days . No enough shuttle Ev . Waiting feedback.

We spent over two hours each day on transportation, waiting for golf carts or trying to get to the beach. The constant back-and-forth was exhausting, especially without clear guidance on which areas belonged to Rixos. For the first two days, we unknowingly stayed in an area that belonged to a different resort, and it was only by chance that we found out Rixos had its own designated space, which was still tiring to reach. Except for Mr. Mohamed, the reception manager, the staff were generally rude and impolite. The golf cart drivers, in particular, were quite unpleasant, almost as if they wanted to throw us out of the carts. Calling room service from our room was futile as they never answered. On one occasion, I had to order nuggets from an outside supermarket because we had kids who needed to eat and we had missed lunch; the delivery arrived before room service even picked up the phone. The lady handling inquiries for Rixos Golf and Villas was not helpful at all; she seemed uninformed about basic questions, like when I asked about luggage wrapping. Additionally, no one informed me about the free airport pick-up and drop-off service until just before we were leaving, when Mr. Mohamed mentioned it. Also, we weren’t told that we needed to notify security a day in advance before visiting Rixos Aqua. That wasn’t to be expected from Rixos tbh, whenever i am chatting with any friend or family of mine about the experience I’ve had, they would be shocked that these things would come from Rixos
