Overall stay good.beach location and services excellent. However I couldn't find any cheese type in buffet...all available were local cooked cheese which is not even a 4* standards. I already complained to f&b manager and PR Rasha who tried to solved the issue for me and provided me a special cheese plater on buffet...crushed nuts pistachio and hazelnut were not also available and management provided them for me specially... Dinner at turquoise restaurant was horrible quantity and quality. A la carte restaurants were excellent..Turkish and Italian. As ana alternative we had dinner and breakfast in radamis which was excellent. However food standards were much lower than expected even in comparison to my last stay which was last November. I'll get back again soon as overall stay was good and management tried their best to solve the issues.

Dear Rixos gulf, We had a lovely stay and all The stuff was friendly Ali from The turkish restaurant was so proffesional and The food was great in The turkish restaurant. The Asian and italian restaurant was extremely bad:-( The food there needs a big change so it Can match The turkish restaurant standard. Because The gap between those restaurants was to Big. The morning buffet needs also a Big change when you pay that much money for a stay in a Hotel like Rixos standard its NOT ok that The “fresh” orange juice is Half water and half orange that was sad.! Our suite was Nice and Big but I found some left overs behind The toilet and called The housekeeping to come and clean it propper. Overall I Will maybe chose another hotel in Sharm el sheik for The value.
