Generally a good stay, I would stay again although there are some issues to be resolved. Nice new building, well-designed rooms, comfortable beds. Close to public transport, but rideshare services cannot get to the hotel, you'll need to walk 3-5mins. Restaurant - Pleasant space, food & coffee are good, drinks are okay, service is poor. Facilities - gym is brand new but some broken equipment. Water fountain by the elevator on each floor is convenient The lobby smelled like sewage for most of our stay. Although there is construction outside, the smell was only inside the lobby. It was disappointing that the staff didn't seem to care when it was reported.

The room facilities and the location are good but the service can be improved. Booked the Suite on the Accor App, no pre arrival call/email at all even a welcome card etc. When I arrived the hotel at around 12pm , the staff told me that the checkin time is 3pm and the room was not ready. Afterward when I came back at 2:50pm . The same staff he checked with the housekeeping and saying that still not ready and inspecting the room . I had been waiting for roughly 30mins to get my room ready and was told to wait . At around 3:20pm I feel he may forgot us or something . I went back to the desk and asked . He called the HK again and check that the room whether ready or not . I feel this is lower than my expectation . As the FO team should aware that I may arrive a bit earlier and the room should be ready before 3pm . I understand that the checkin time might be strictly but the room shouldn’t be ready at the last minute. He even didn’t mention anything about apologised etc. It is lower than my expectation of a four stars hotel. I have been stayed at different Pullman and Sofitel with all Suite booking . Never received this kind of the experience before. Apart from the checkin experience , the rest of the services were generally good . All staffs are friendly ,the night staffs were helpful also when I mentioned the experience the staff at the desk offered me a drink after checkout . I would say if I only booked the standard room , I won’t expect too much about the service. However if being 1 of 8 guests for the hotel , it might be lower than my expectation .

This hotel seems very new. Our room was modern and a good size. The bathroom was very nice. The hotel is located near all major types of transportation and part dieu train station. We were able to get a day transport pass and travel on bus and metro all very convenient all over Lyon.

Hotel is in a great and convenient location being very close to Lyon Part-Dieu station and shopping centre. Room is very comfortable and well designed ( Junior Suite ). Staff were wonderful, warm, friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed.
