We stayed for 2 nights and from the moment we arrived we had the most amazing stay. The staff are lovely and the room was fantastic I had the best sleep

Delay on early check in accommodation great location amazing

Overall very positive. Only disappointing that the drinks cooler wasn’t working & although reported nothing was done.

Excellent privilege room, clean and comfortable. Restaurant experience for dinner was a disgrace. Sunday menu with items unavailable, so not much choice. Lamb looked like it had been microwaved and was inedible so sent back. Beef came out the same so couldn't eat that either. People were walking out and dinners were being sent back. How could the kitchen allow bad food to keep being sent out to very disgruntled diners. Terrible, spoilt our stay.

However, we’re very sorry to learn about your experience in the restaurant. What you described is completely unacceptable and far from the level of quality and service we aim to provide. Menu items being unavailable, poorly prepared dishes, and multiple guests feeling the need to send food back — or even walk out — is deeply concerning. You were absolutely right to return your meals, and we sincerely apologise that this spoiled your stay. Your comments will be shared directly with our kitchen and restaurant management teams so that this situation can be fully investigated. It’s vital that we understand how such food was allowed to leave the kitchen and why the service did not improve throughout the evening. Retraining and corrective actions will be put in place to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention.
