We stayed for 3 nights on a Secret Escapes break. Our room (“Privilege”) was spacious and comfortable with excellent sea views. Good location on seafront, 10-15 minutes walk from train station. Good breakfast buffet, although I would have liked a wider range of cereals (weetabix?). All the staff we spoke to were extremely helpful and friendly.

We spent 5 nights in a sea view room which was great. The air con worked well and was very quiet. The TV was huge. The bathroom was extremely well laid out but the design of the shower cubicle meant the water was not contained and ran out across the floor and around the toilet. We used face cloths/towels to stop this happening. We had come across this issue when we stayed three years ago. The breakfast was good but on some mornings items were missing - mugs, cutlery for example. Most of the staff were cheerful and helpful.

Excellent value for money. Super room with sea view. Breakfast every morning and one evening meal. All food of a high standard. Excellent location on sea front and short walk to railway station and town centre. A shout out to the staff cleaning our room daily to an excellent standard - well done!

Room was excellent even though it was at the back. Our only negative comment is the shower design means water always results in a wet floor outside of the shower. Otherwise it was excellent.
