only 3 drinks in fridge for 2 which were 2 fizzy and 1 juice it would have been better a voucher for bar as someone who cant drink them not good. 2 decaf and 2 normal coffee for machine where was the hot choc sachets and the uht milk doesnt do anything in the coffee Bathroom it says toiletries in other mercures we have had razor packs, tooth brushes ect Shower that flooded the floor to room door water as it didnt go down grating. then when phoned through said they would send some more floor towels they did but the chap wanted to come in room. Fine but when the dressing gowns are not worth having on as they do not fit. it wasnt the most comfortable situation. 9.00 sunday morning woken by staff wanting to clean room. then asking when we were leaving. Parking was horrendous especially for someone disabled being told to use overflow

We are also sorry that our colleague's visit to deliver additional towels made you feel uncomfortable and that the dressing gowns were not suitable. We regret that you were disturbed by housekeeping before your departure and apologise for the interruption. Your comments will be shared with the team to help prevent this from happening again.
