We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location, very clean, and the service was excellent. The restaurants were fantastic, especially the Asian restaurant — the food quality was outstanding. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always smiling, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and were very well taken care of. upon check in, i was welcomed by Moosa with a warm smile. He offered me a complimentary room upgrade, and the check in process was smooth and efficient. He clearly explained all the hotel's facilities, making me feel welcome from the start. My stay was excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which i really enjoyed. The F&B team was also very welcoming and always greeted guests with warm smiles. Check out was handled by Moosa as well, and it was quick and seamless. i would like to thank him for his outstanding service. i will definitely be back when the time is right.

Hotel is fairly new and located near the airport. Has a nice restaurant/coffee shop with terrace that allows smoking, plus pool is nice and not crowded, gym has a quite lot of equipments & weights.

Service and attitude were professional and welcoming, both hotel and restaurant. But room needs a refurbishment, restaurant needs attention to its food and the hotel would benefit from an airport shuttle.

I have stayed at the Novotel Muscat Airport hotel on a number of occasions now. From the first stay to the current one, the quality and standard has remained consistent and in some cases slightly improved - the all round experience has been noteworthy and excellent - all staff respond to my needs immediately - I would like to point out a few recommendations, please: In the main many people arrive by plane or car - some stays are a few days only and use taxis to get around, those by car have the means to visit places for restaurants, shopping etc. For those who have no facility it would be nice to re-instate your shuttle service which i understand you had - after all you say Novotel Muscat airport hotel - why not have a shuttle service ??? - also what is useful is to have an ATM machine where people can obtain cash where needed.
