Not your average Ibis

Great experience. Very new Ibis Hotel with modern and clean rooms, not as cramped as usual Ibis Hotels. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel, offering good food and drinks at fair prices. There's plenty of room to sit and relax in the lobby area as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Location is good, surrounded by some supermarkets, the city center and with that a lot of restaurants, bars and cafés in walkable distance. The main station Timisoara Nord is nearby as well, there's plenty of parking available.

A 15-minute wait is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. We're also sorry to hear that basic amenities like a water kettle and coffee were unavailable, especially considering your Silver member status. Please note that since the hotel was fully booked during your stay, we were unfortunately unable to offer you a complimentary upgrade to a front-side room, which includes a kettle.
