Bad experience due to a ruse receptionist and AC not working well

We arrived late at the hotel after a ten hours drive. The person we met at the reception was rude and inefficient. She only excused herself for her lack of knowledge and she had no idea how to deal with customers. She was nit wearing a tag and refused to give her name. The room was hot (27C) as the AC was switched off. After switching it on it did not work well and it was during a period of extreme heat in Arad.

Stopped here for an one night break on a long trip. Arrived quite late and without a reservation and the receptionist was extremely helpful and nice despite the late hour, 2 AM (for those aware of Romanian ways, this is a nice surprise). The hotel is up to the IBIS Styles standards, comparable to Paris or Budapest where I also stayed, but with bigger rooms. Breakfast was a little bit to simple compared to those above, but this can be due to either a very small number of guests or the late hour when we arrived to eat, 10AM. Overall very nice and I would come back if I need to stay or go through Arad.
