Complaint regardin hot watter issue & compensation handling

On the first night of my stay, there was no hot water in my room. I immediately informed the receptionist, who assured me that a technician would arrive at 07:30 the following morning to resolve the issue. However, after breakfast at 08:30, I was informed that the problem would not be fixed until later in the afternoon. This caused significant inconvenience, as I had an important meeting with clients that day and was unable to properly prepare. The receptionist acknowledged the issue and assured me that I would receive a 30% compensation at checkout. Since I had already paid for my stay upon check-in, I was told that the compensation would be provided in cash. However, at checkout, I was instead asked to email the manager to request any compensation, which I find unacceptable. I believe that, as a guest, it should not be my responsibility to chase compensation for an issue that the hotel was already aware of. Beyond the technical issue itself, I am particularly disappointed by how the situation was managed. A hotel of your standard should have 24-hour maintenance support to prevent such inconveniences, and commitments made by the staff should be honored without additional effort required from the guest. I hope you will take this matter seriously and ensure that future guests do not experience similar treatment.

How in the world you can limit you customers access to basic live supporting liquids like WATTER ? To buy a bottle of watter or a Coke is impossible late evening? But i am drying in the room....? You send me to nearby gas station to buy a bottle of water so i can pick my treatment because your "policy" is not to sell during late evening/night? ....and what if i am thirsty? This was a bad joke. Al the rest is as ususal, nice staff good service. In the next stay if you decline my access to watter (bottled watter) i will file a claim to Romanian authorities to investigate this further.
