We booked the room in advance. However, when entering the reserved room a glacial atmosphere welcomed us. Temperature was 19C! It took hours to increase a little the temperature with the A/C. It is hard to understand why the room was not prepared for our arrival. The heating in the bathroom did not work at all, again a very unpleasant feeling. Breakfast was also very basic, low quality products. Most likely will choose another hotel for our future stays.

We stayed in Ibis Arad for one night and i can definitely recommend it for families. Our family room was very large and extremely clean. It is far from the city center but this was not a problem for us, for our short stay. I will definitely book it again.

Hotel parties until 03:00 am, with music which can be heard in the hotel rooms. The purpose of a hotel is getting rest - it seems that what you are doing here is close to illegal: no rest or sleep is possible. It‘s a disaster of a hotel, one of the worst experiences.
