Overall, everything was readily available and the stay was very pleasant. My only complaint was the water supply interruptions. I hope this does not happen often and that it was mainly due to the prolonged drought. However, I believe management should find a way to address this issue, as being without running water is very unpleasant and can significantly affect the comfort of the stay.

What a beautifull hotel in the forest of Tarcin. We had a pleasure stay. It was so relax an beautiful. the mountains view is beautiful. We had a half board. Breakfast and diner was good. Edah is a nice person who served us at the dinner. compliments to him. I really can convince everybody to visit Tarcin Forest Resort.

As an Accor Platinum member, I was very disappointed by this stay. The property itself has beautiful views and a great location, but the overall experience was far below the standards expected from an MGallery property. Our original villa was old and had a noticeable insect problem, forcing us to request a room change immediately after arrival. The connecting rooms we were later given were clean and comfortable, and I appreciate the staff's willingness to help. However, the hotel appeared severely understaffed throughout our stay. Reception was often unattended, room service was practically non-existent, housekeeping availability was limited, and most requests had to be handled by the reception desk directly. Food quality and variety were also disappointing. Breakfast and dinner were significantly below the level normally associated with a 5-star hotel and the MGallery brand. Several facilities appeared underutilized or poorly maintained, and we experienced a power outage lasting more than an hour. The employees were friendly and tried their best, but the property clearly suffers from operational and staffing issues. This resort has excellent potential thanks to its location and scenery, but in its current state it does not deliver the level of service expected from an Accor luxury property.

Great setting. Good facilities and villa was very comfortable. Having private shower facilities in the pool changing rooms would have been good. Baked goods were supposed to be home made but they didn’t taste like it. Were dry and could have been better. Food variety could have been better for an improved stay.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and perfectly clean – unfortunately, that was the only aspect of this stay that truly met 5-star expectations. Everything else was far below the standard a hotel in this category should offer. From arrival to departure, not once did anyone offer to assist with our luggage. Reception often appeared unattended and we had to wait and actively look for staff whenever we needed something. The same situation applied to the spa and pool area, where there was frequently nobody available. Restaurant service was unacceptable. On two consecutive days, we sat in the lower restaurant area for more than 30 minutes without anyone approaching us, taking an order, or even acknowledging our presence. The restaurant was not busy. Eventually, we had to walk to the bar ourselves and order there. This should never happen in a 5-star hotel. Another major disappointment was discovering that the hotel does not serve alcohol. We found no clear information about this during the booking process, and such an important detail should be communicated in advance so guests know what to expect. The room also had maintenance issues: the safe did not work and the shower handle was literally falling apart. Breakfast service was equally disappointing. One morning there were only four guests, yet staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than taking care of guests. To make matters worse, at check-in we were explicitly told breakfast starts at 7:00 AM every day. When we arrived at 7:00 on the weekend before scheduled activities, we discovered breakfast actually starts at 7:30. Instead of a little bit of understanding, we received a lot of unfriendly remarks. Comfortable beds and clean rooms alone do not make a 5-star experience. Service, attention to detail, professionalism, and basic guest care were missing throughout our stay. This hotel has the facilities of a luxury property, but unfortunately not the service standards that should come with it.

A modern hotel pleasantly situated among hills and forests. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Delicious and varied breakfasts. The staff are very friendly, competent, and helpfull.

I came with my husband and overall had a really lovely stay. The rooms were impeccable, the staff were very warm and friendly, the facilities were nice and the location was stunning. The one thing that is holding this hotel back from excellence was the dining. There are perhaps too many options but most of the dishes were burnt or just strangely put together. I think if more thought, training, resources went into the dining experience it would be a great investment into the overall experience. The deserts were great and like I said the staff were amazing, I just think the food left more to be desired. I also saw on the Hotel catalog that the chain has locations in Israel, if I had known that before booking I don’t think I would have reserved our stay here.

Everything about this stay was absolutely incredible. The atmosphere, the views, the food, and the overall experience felt almost unreal, like being inside a movie. Every detail was beautiful and memorable, and I honestly did not want to leave. The staff was wonderful, the terrace and surroundings were breathtaking, and the entire experience exceeded all expectations. One of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. Highly recommended!

The room, with 180 degrees of windows, was beautiful and all of the finishings were perfect. I loved the cilim and the comfortable yet stylish furniture, it made the hotel unique and feel more like a luxury apartment. Unfortunately the dining experience didn’t match—sitting at a round table without a tablecloth off to the side while watching someone’s wedding dinner wasn’t my idea of an anniversary meal. Suggest offering in-room dining (not just room service—set up a table and chairs in our room!). Spa was also overcrowded.
