I had a very nice room, great view and everything was super new. But fridge was smelling bad in the room, and breakfast was unsatisfactory. Selection of foods was lacking, coffee machine was broken, i asked for cheese tomato omelette, but got everything omlette, which I didn’t request. Also it was way too oily. One of treadmills in gym was not working.

Although the hotel has just recently opened, it is fully equipped with excellent facilities. I was able to relax and unwind, feeling completely released from my everyday stress. In addition, the staff were exceedingly kind and courteously assisted me whenever I was unsure or needed help, which I truly appreciated. I will absolutely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Tashkent. Thank you for a wonderful stay. To be specific, I used Yandex delivery on August 1st, but ran into some trouble with inaccurate location tracking. When I informed the front desk staff, they assisted me very willingly and helped resolve the issue. That experience really highlighted the outstanding quality of service here.

The rooms are clean, but missed the information about room service, also the breakfast was just ok. The staff good trained but one aked do not communicate in "Russian" which might be considered as a treat by some people, since the person understands the language.
