Suite had a construction view and on telling the duty manager about the view of dug up construction, he asked me, What else I expected from a suite view of Swissôtel. That was quite rude. On asking if the suite can be changed, they didn't change the suite, though gave me access to lounge which I thought should be given to someone who stays in a suite. Staff was good. Breakfast was brilliant. Extremely tasteful interiors and big suite but the suite just made the entire stay a bitter experience. The duty managers behavior made it worse.
