Very nice hotel, unique room design with GYM equipment inside the room. Hotel location is near by everything in the city. I loved the service from the team, and would like to give special thanks to front office team: Umar, Alyona, Kamola, Jasmine, Kamila, Homayun and of course to Ramazon, they were very polite and professional. At the bar also I would to mention Timur, who was friendly. I will definitely stay again if I will visit Tashkent again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The service is at a high level: very friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, very cozy and clean rooms, excellent fitness and SPA. This is one of the best hotels in Tashkent.

Rooms were relatively clean - despite the bathroom sewage smell. Certain people at front desk would question me and my wife when we’d get back to the hotel - insinuating something inappropriate despite her being a registered guest. To the extent that they’d look me up and down then question me. Although I’m a platinum member, no guest should be subjected to such blatant prejudice.
