I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding my recent stay. We experienced a severe issue with the room's air conditioning, which blew a strong, freezing draft directly onto the bed. The manual control panel in the room was completely unresponsive and kept blowing even after we turned the system off. We contacted the reception repeatedly from midnight until 6:00 AM asking for it to be turned off. For hours, the engineering team insisted that a technician had to physically visit the room to fix it. Exhausted and desperate for sleep, we finally agreed to a 6:00 AM visit, only for the issue to be magically resolved remotely within two minutes without anyone ever stepping foot in the room. Because of this unacceptable lack of urgency and poor service, we completely lost a night of sleep and our entire next day was ruined, as we had to sleep until 2:00 PM to recover. Furthermore, it has been seven days since our checkout, and my loyalty points and status nights have still not been credited to my account, despite the system incorrectly stating that the credit has processed. Given the absolute lack of quality control and the fact that we did not get the rest we paid for, I expect a follow-up regarding compensation and refund of all points and cash for this stay, as well as the immediate correction of my loyalty account balance. I look forward to your prompt response.

Very close to the train station, which made it easier to arrive back from Samarkand, it’s a great location from that sense. Super chic and modern interior for the lobby as well as the rooms - rooms quite stylish and tasteful, surpassed our expectations. 24/7 restaurant and bar which was helpful for us as we checked in late at night. There’s also a steam and sauna that’s small but quite nice and clean. All in all, great value for money! Feedback for hotel: only con was being chased out of our room twice. I opened the door the second time, and had to field bad attitude by this staff member (dressed as per he works at front desk), even after I told him the hotel had previously given us complimentary check out till 1:30pm. This also reflects lack of effective internal communication.

This hotel had a great breakfast and clean room. I would have given ten if the staff members showed a little more concern and proactive about the lost luggage. A staff member took down information from us but I was the one who finally was able to track down the luggage and retrieved it.

First of all, you have to wait every time, and the service is not in place. There is always a problem with the elevator access card. I have been reminded many times to help refresh to check out, but I still only help to update it for one day. they also lied that I could only add one day, but they added it to my friend to check out. In short, it's very inconvenient for residents and has a very bad accommodation experience. I won't come again.

Conveniently located centrally, within walking distance of a number of restaurants. The staff was helpful and arranged airport transfers. Well appointed rooms and very clean. We had a lovely experience, smooth check in with a lovely friendly gentleman can't remember his name but one that wore the black suit , nice room at first, but then we had issues with the AC, which was looked into however was not resolved and despite having given another room the issue still followed, I think it's an issue in the hotel itself, it switches off if theres no movement, so in the night you wake up sweating and your not able to change the settings as it is fixed on 18*c as we are from the UK sometimes that is warm for us , there's also one vent in the entire room that the AC leads out from and it's positioned in the back of the room so you can't feel it , if only it was in the middle. Other than that everything else was fine , The supervisor on the evening we spoke too was extremely kind and helpful her name was Aylona, who dealt with the issue effectively and was going to take it to the senior team. I would especially shout out to Doniyor as he went over and beyond to help us sort out taxi , booking it on our phone and was always polite and helpful, he always asked us how we are and anything he could be of help too, Islomonbeq was also polite and helpful, The trainee on the concierge desk Odona was really helpful when we were trying to book our excursion to the cable cars in chimchang, and Sabina was was a little hessistant at some occasion to support us when we tried asking her to sort a taxi for the excursion, I felt a little disappointed in her as she was a little stern when she spoke and so was another member of staff who she was liasing and who said he rang his friend for the taxi, can't remember his name . Overall it was easy to communicate with the staff around the hotel as most of them could speak and understand English well .
