We had a lovely experience, smooth check in with a lovely friendly gentleman can't remember his name but one that wore the black suit , nice room at first, but then we had issues with the AC, which was looked into however was not resolved and despite having given another room the issue still followed, I think it's an issue in the hotel itself, it switches off if theres no movement, so in the night you wake up sweating and your not able to change the settings as it is fixed on 18*c as we are from the UK sometimes that is warm for us , there's also one vent in the entire room that the AC leads out from and it's positioned in the back of the room so you can't feel it , if only it was in the middle. Other than that everything else was fine , The supervisor on the evening we spoke too was extremely kind and helpful her name was Aylona, who dealt with the issue effectively and was going to take it to the senior team. I would especially shout out to Doniyor as he went over and beyond to help us sort out taxi , booking it on our phone and was always polite and helpful, he always asked us how we are and anything he could be of help too, Islomonbeq was also polite and helpful, The trainee on the concierge desk Odona was really helpful when we were trying to book our excursion to the cable cars in chimchang, and Sabina was was a little hessistant at some occasion to support us when we tried asking her to sort a taxi for the excursion, I felt a little disappointed in her as she was a little stern when she spoke and so was another member of staff who she was liasing and who said he rang his friend for the taxi, can't remember his name . Overall it was easy to communicate with the staff around the hotel as most of them could speak and understand English well .
