I returned to the same hotel two years after my first stay — everything remained at the same high standard, which is wonderful. Clean rooms, pleasant welcome snacks, polite staff. Dedicated bus lanes have been implemented on the avenue, so now it is much more comfortable and quicker to get to the hotel by public transport.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. I would like to give special thanks to Samandar, Khodiyakbar, and Parvin. Samandar was always friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. Khodiyakbar impressed me with his professionalism and attention to every detail. Parvin brought so much warmth and joy to my stay — every interaction with him was a pleasure. Thanks to this wonderful team, I had one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to coming back soon!

I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff were attentive and professional, and the level of service exceeded all my expectations. My room was clean and comfortable, and every request I made was handled quickly and with a smile. I would especially like to thank Samandar, Khodiyakbar, and Parvin — they made my stay truly special. Samandar was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything I needed. Khodiyakbar showed genuine care and attention to detail, which made me feel right at home. And Parvin is simply the heart of the hotel! His positivity and energy created a wonderful atmosphere every single day. Thank you so much to the entire team for the outstanding service! During my stay, there was a huge construction work taking place just outside the hotel, so I would appreciate the audacity to be informed before my visit to the hotel, as it was just impossible to sleep with that noise where the trucks worked 24/7 and the windows were not noise/cold proof, which made it worse. As a platinum member, who commented on the service in my previous visit as well, I did not see any improvements. Having said that, I was welcomed OK after waiting 3 minutes for the receptionist to finish his phone call and attend to me. I was served welcome gifts as a platinum ,member, which was nice. But about the noise I would give 1/10
