Dear Valued Guest, I thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback of your recent stay with us at our hotel. From your remark on the water mix kindly be informed that as the knob in our guestrooms can be turned only one side for either hot, cold or mix water, it makes it inconvenient for our guests to use it at times leaving a negative review is this area. With the ongoing issue and guests feedback on this, the team is already working towards implementing a solution and preventing such future occurrences.
