Tout d'abord la personne à l'accueil ne trouvait pas ma réservation, puis elle ne voyait pas le paiement réalisé par ma société, puis j'ai dû payer une taxe qui à priori était incluse. Pour tous ces points, j'ai dû appeler ma société en France pour régler tous ces problèmes. La personne de l'accueil s'est énervée avec ma collègue en France. J'ai déjà fait plusieurs séjours professionnels aux EAU dans des hôtels différents, je n'ai jamais rencontré un seul de ces problèmes.

L’hôtel est bien situé le métro juste en dessous est on entend rien .. mise à part sa les prises des chambres ne fonctionnent pas le personnel du petit déjeuner laisse tomber pas aimable et le déjeuner est très mauvais.

Que du positif pour ce nouvel hôtel passé sous pavillon Mercure depuis pas très longtemps. À proximité immédiate du métro, il offre un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour une visite du Golden Souk et des environs. Personnel souriant, disponible et surtout valorisation du statut Platinum. Surclassement et déco fortement apprécié pour mon anniversaire. Merci. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, plein de saveurs locales salées. Un léger point négatif, un peu plus de communication entre services, la demande de late check-out n'a pas été transmise.

Tout était parfait, le seul petit point que j'ai remarqué, c'est l'odeur présente dans les couloirs ou les pièces des chambres, une odeur de vieille moquette mélangé au produits de nettoyage utilisé. Une moquette peut être trop vieillissante. Sinon le personnel toujours à l'écoute et prêt pour n'importe quel demande, le service est top, la proximité avec la station de métro c'est magnifique. Du personnel qui parle français dans l'équipe c'est parfait. Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles, je pense qu'il en mérite plus.
