I hosted a reception at Pullman anna salai on third December. First of all we had a terrible experience with the banquet management because Nawaz left the team and didn’t inform us. We got to know about this update only in the last minute when we came to the banquet hall. Shyam took over arrangements and we rediscussed contract with him. He clearly explained the place counts and levy of charges as well as the system available. Ambulance this was completely changed after the event and we were charged additional in spite of our discussion. Also the valet service in Pullman is pathetic, With VIP gas having to wait 40mins to an hour to even enter or leave the hotel. Overall, I don’t think poor men should further consider hosting events unless they can make changes to their team. This will be something that I will personally tell people as well as mention on public platforms so that no one else is fooled like us. I’m happy to further discuss this any of ure team member Pirate as well

I am a longer stay-er at Pull Chennai. My stay at the hotel so far has been smooth and convenient. The room is the right size for me. It is clean and convenient. the gym is well-equipped and i like the fact that I can use it anytime. the staffs are friendly and know my preference.

Never expected this from 5 star hotel that too under Accor branding. You should remove all the staff working there and train fresh new staff for this hotel. I saw many reviews also on various Social media but I read them after experiencing them. I should have read them before so I could have cancelled my Stay!!
