The only thing I can recommend is have more variety for the breakfast buffet incorporating more dishes that are less spicy/ non-dairy to accomodate guests with dietary restrictions / food preference

The hotel is the erstwhile Raintree hotel, which has been throughly renovated, and has this fresh new feel about it. My platinum status was honoured without having to mention it and a room upgrade was provided to a suite. Very spacious, well laid out and an extremely comfortable bed. loved it. The staff is courteous and every eager to help. Efficient too. Rarely have i seen in-room dining at a hotel deliver plates/cutlery to the rooms within a few mins of calling them. the breakfast spread was good and the french toast was to die for. Disappointed with the SPA through. Its a Tattva spa, and the experience was absolutely sub-par. Definitely avoidable. The one at Pullman Delhi was a lot better.
