From the first email situating a taxi from the airport to getting us a lovely anniversary treat set up in our room upon arrival, our stay was lovely. Just steps away from the green zone, we chose the property so that we could experience a part of history and that we did. Thank you all for your hospitality!

Unfortunately my room only had cold water in the shower. The receptionist advised me to let the water run for 10 minutes. Despite the terrible waste of water I let it run for 15 minutes, but it was still ice cold.

Would have liked a little bit more light in the Blue Bar while having dinner. Too dark. For elderly people banisters would be very helpful to hold on to when going into the two restaurants. Room was very nice. Breakfast very well. Friendly staff.

I was here for two nights in early October. The female staff at check-in as if she didn't know what she is doing. I told her I would like to redeem my points and end up taking 10 mins to explain I book it through accor and not 3rd party all or website. She finally realized she made a mistake and told me I can redeem it at check out. When I'm about to pay for my room during check in using American express, she said the card is not accepted. However, this is not what your website stated in accor, so either she is lying or not familiar with the whole check in operation, or no one updated the website on accor. Overall check in experience wasn't great at all. However, the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful.
