I was here for two nights in early October. The female staff at check-in as if she didn't know what she is doing. I told her I would like to redeem my points and end up taking 10 mins to explain I book it through accor and not 3rd party all or website. She finally realized she made a mistake and told me I can redeem it at check out. When I'm about to pay for my room during check in using American express, she said the card is not accepted. However, this is not what your website stated in accor, so either she is lying or not familiar with the whole check in operation, or no one updated the website on accor. Overall check in experience wasn't great at all. However, the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful.
