Comfortable rooms and functional hotel, but as always terrible check in (waited while some guy sat staring at his computer and making calls, hoping I’d use the awful check in kiosk. Then check out, the one thing I ask is a copy of invoice/ it’s always promised to be emailed, and never is, making business reconciliation difficult- you have to call the guy who now doesn’t seem to be able to answer the phone!!

We booked for 3 Adults. Even though our daughter is a small adult, she was extremely uncomfortable on the sofa bed. It had a hard which felt like a wooden plank down the centre. We tried it ourselves and it was not an acceptable bed for an adult. Also the room had a consistent noise in the kitchen which did not help the situation at all. The room size, cleanliness and facilities were very good but not much good if you cannot sleep.
