I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very relaxing. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. I also really liked the newly renovated bathroom, and having the toilet in a separate room was a thoughtful and convenient design. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of delicious food with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary free-flow drinks available in both the morning and the evening. It was a very generous service and made the stay even more enjoyable. The onsen facilities were excellent—clean, relaxing, and well maintained. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Although the hotel is a little farther from the main sightseeing areas, I found that the quality of the facilities, the comfort, and the excellent service made it absolutely worth staying here. I would gladly choose this hotel again on my next visit.

The hotel had a wonderful view of the ocean and was generous with the happy hour duration and the variety of drinks and snacks. However the condition of junior suites can be improved with a renovation as carpets were stained and the room had musky smell. I requested for a change in room and refund of difference of room change have not been reflected in my credit card bills since 4 days ago. The timing for closure of dining hours at both breakfast and dinners were also not adhered to. both dining were closed 15 mins before actual verbal and written communicated timing.
