At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the condition of the Junior Suite and for any inconvenience caused during your stay. Your comments regarding the room condition have been shared with the relevant team for review and improvement. Regarding the room change and billing, after discussing the matter with you during your stay, we changed your reservation from the originally booked Suite Room to a lower-priced room category and completed the settlement based on the revised room rate with your confirmation at the hotel. Therefore, no separate refund transaction was processed, as the final charge reflected the adjusted room rate at the time of payment. We also appreciate your comments regarding the restaurant operating hours. We will review our procedures to ensure that the communicated dining hours are consistently observed and that guests can enjoy their meals without feeling rushed. Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort and embarrassment you experienced during your visit to the men's bath area. In particular, the presence of a female staff member near the entrance, entering the men's bath to announce the closing time, and beginning cleaning activities before the facility had closed were all situations that should have been handled with greater consideration for our guests' privacy and comfort. We also apologize for the error on your payment receipt issued by our front desk staff. We take your comments very seriously and will use them as an opportunity to strengthen staff training and review our operational procedures to ensure greater awareness of guest privacy, appropriate timing of facility announcements, and accuracy in guest services.
