Too crowded in lounge area. Variety of snacks at lounge is limited.

1. It was very awkward to keep facing a female staff sitting nearby the entrance of the men’s bath while I was walking toward there after I went through the first door. Why is she there?? I don’t think it’s necessary. 2. I felt extremely embarrassed when a female staff suddenly came into the men’s bath and talked to me (totally naked) reminding the closing time 30 minutes prior. It was unnecessary. If necessary, remind us just 5 minutes prior to the closing time. 3. A female staff started cleaning in the changing room 15 minutes prior to the closing time. Why couldn’t she wait 15 minutes?? 4. The front desk staff made an error in the date of the payment receipt.

In particular, the presence of a female staff member near the entrance, entering the men's bath to announce the closing time, and beginning cleaning activities before the facility had closed were all situations that should have been handled with greater consideration for our guests' privacy and comfort. We also apologize for the error on your payment receipt issued by our front desk staff. We take your comments very seriously and will use them as an opportunity to strengthen staff training and review our operational procedures to ensure greater awareness of guest privacy, appropriate timing of facility announcements, and accuracy in guest services. As a Premium member, I really felt well taken care of by the hotel. The overall experience was great, and the view from the hotel was beautiful. I used a suite night upgrade, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The welcome amenities were thoughtfully prepared, with a nice variety of quality local products—thank you for that. Breakfast was good, and the lounge was excellent. I especially liked that they served beer until late at night, while many hotels usually stop much earlier. The onsen was also one of the best parts of the stay.
