As a Premium member, I really felt well taken care of by the hotel. The overall experience was great, and the view from the hotel was beautiful. I used a suite night upgrade, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The welcome amenities were thoughtfully prepared, with a nice variety of quality local products—thank you for that. Breakfast was good, and the lounge was excellent. I especially liked that they served beer until late at night, while many hotels usually stop much earlier. The onsen was also one of the best parts of the stay.

Highest Accolades: I cannot thank them enough. Their level of empathy and professional flexibility is truly world-class and rare to find in the industry today. The Impact: They went above and beyond to support my family, turning a great trip into a flawless, unforgettable memory. They are the primary reason I would choose this hotel again. Special Mentions: Mr. Yamataka (Feb 1st): Thank you for the heartwarming birthday surprise notification.
