We are truly sorry that your first room had a lingering smell of smoke, despite our non-smoking policy across all rooms. Occasionally, a previous guest may mistakenly smoke in the room, and while we conduct thorough deodorizing in such cases, it seems some odor remained this time. We sincerely apologize for this oversight and are glad we could quickly provide you with a more comfortable room. As for the buffet, you are correct in noting that it follows the Mercure group's standard offerings. However, we also aim to incorporate local flavors and offer a few regional specialties within this selection, hoping to add a unique touch to your experience.
