It was rather noisy with kids running up and down the corridor as well as above my room.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for staying at Mercure Kyoto Miyazu Resort & Spa. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced due to noise inside the hotel during your stay. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the crowd during check-in and the pre-check-in procedure. When many guests arrive at once, such as at the time of the shuttle bus arrival, we will review staff allocation and counter operations to ensure a smoother check-in process. Regarding the pre-check-in, this service allows you to skip the signature upon arrival; however, guests are still required to queue at check-in under the current system. As this is a standardized procedure across our hotel group, it is difficult to change it at a single property, but we will continue to explore ways to make it more effective and convenient. We will share your valuable feedback with the relevant departments and work toward improving our services. We sincerely look forward to welcoming you again in the future. I feel very welcome and being well taken care of by the manager who helped me with the check-in each time. She is very hospitable, professional and show alot of care when i came back to the hotel for my second night stay!
