I like the hotel very much. The restaurant is very impressive. The food is delicious and diverse. But there is something that I am very confused about and dissatisfied with. This is the first time I have chosen a Japanese-style room. Why do I have to make the bed myself?

Good and Relaxing Stay

Stayed for 2 nights to explore Amanohasidate and surrounding. The hotel was far from station, but free shuttle bus provided. There is an onsen which is good and relaxing.

Issue on payment and check-in process

I was paid (using my American Express Credit Card) when I make my reservation, and I've also received an email one day ahead my stay and asked me for online check-in. I've follow all the steps: filling in my details, scan my passport, etc. then I've got a confirmation email and asked my to collect my key once arrive the hotel. However, once I've arrive the hotel, the front desk asked my to check-in again, filling in info, copy passport, etc. and telling me that my payment was rejected (without any prove) and ask me to paid again. Further on, I cannot believe the duty manager of your hotel know ZERO English, but require a junior staff for translation. it was bugging me for quite some time, and I was tired, which makes me a really bad experience first time at Accor hotel.
