I feel very welcome and being well taken care of by the manager who helped me with the check-in each time. She is very hospitable, professional and show alot of care when i came back to the hotel for my second night stay!

Great location. Excellent service. Food was very good although buffet system was a bit chaotic.

お風呂、食事共に良かったです。特にビュッフェ会場の男性スタッフUさんは夕、朝食共にお料理の差し替えや私も含めお客さんへのサービスに余念がなく大忙しであろう中、大変頑張っておられ、ホスピタリティに感激しました。またお会いできたらその節には宜しくお願いします。
