Room was clean and nice, breakfast was great and so was the onsen. I left my bag in the hotel room, and the staff helped me to keep my bag and forwarded it to my next destination. Great service overall and we enjoyed it very much. Thank you!

Convenient location with affordable price

Although we booked a non-smoking room, the room we were assigned had a smoking smell. Luckily, when we surfaced this to the counter, they immediately and without difficulty, offered to change the room for us. The second room was much better, and we had a much better time there. The location was convenient to travel to Kyoto. The reservation was relatively affordable, but had the same buffet as the rest of the Mecure chain.

Occasionally, a previous guest may mistakenly smoke in the room, and while we conduct thorough deodorizing in such cases, it seems some odor remained this time. We sincerely apologize for this oversight and are glad we could quickly provide you with a more comfortable room. As for the buffet, you are correct in noting that it follows the Mercure group's standard offerings. However, we also aim to incorporate local flavors and offer a few regional specialties within this selection, hoping to add a unique touch to your experience. Initially we had difficulty booking dinner a few days before we arrived and there was lots of confusion and misunderstandings with strange arrangements. However someone rang to sort things out and offered us a a reduction in price and a very good deal. But to start with the staff were unhelpful so we appreciated the call and follow up which was very helpful.

Good view Far from a city
