Nice facility, courteous and helpful staff. Absolutely loved the relaxation lounge in the second floor.

A bit old but the location was good

From the moment of our arrival we felt well cared for. The room was comfy, with everything we needed, and a lovely view of the river and sunsets. The onsen bath was also great! And we loved the little extras, like drinks in the lounge.

Allocated room, check-in less than five minutes. I needed assistance appreciated English speaking staff, Sanjay. Once in my room I noticed mould in ventilation grate. No working air conditioning. I returned to reception, discussed with staff member who changed my room. Appreciated upgrade, & harbour view. Room, bathroom needing updating. Others areas in hotel, relaxing spacious, modern. Excellent restaurant & food. Wi-Fi required portable modem, assisted by staff member Sanjay, & early check-out 0550am taxi reserved, by Sanjay, very much appreciated.
