Check-in was very smooth via on-line prior to arrival. Room was upgraded to spacious suite with spectacular view. All inclusive package was ideal for us as we did not have to leave the hotel. Blissful first stop after a long flight.

Appreciated that there was hotel staff who picked us up in Karatsu station very first time, it was very thoughtful for family tourists like us. We met GM Mr. KOYAMA and warm greeting from him. I loved the breakfast, front desk helped us to book the rough eating time and resto staff would reserve the sight-view seats for us. We enjoyed two dinner in the same restaurant, the Saga beaf was incredibly delicious. The staff there really tried hard to communicate with me in English. Oh, the public bath was also very interesting, I tried several times. We’re lucky to meet primary pupils to play the music at Christmas Eve.
