What a The great Surprise

We have a great time stay at this hotel. The front office and the check-in process went smoothly and we have met Mr. Maeda who taking care of us very well. The room was super cozy and we have best sleep after a long drive. The hotel located in the nice area next to the beach and and see Karatsu Castle from the room. We really thank you Mr. Maeda for greeting us and show us a room and even sending us back to the car. You have make this trip memorable and we will definitely back to there again !! Moreover, the hotel was provided the public bath.

This hotel is in dire need of a renovation. The rooms look 100 years old, everything tired and worn out. Staff were great however, with good hospitality and complimentary shuttle bus to station

I knew this is new hotel in Accor family, and i was very positive suprised how this Hotel works .Especially i loved breakfast - so good food + special place for Accor members with view on Castle. Very nice public bath with sauna , as well available for all Hotel guest lounge with afternoon tea, snack and wine. at eavning lounge offer snacks and multi choice of good quality alcohol. rooms comfortable and clean , amenities non limit available in lobby. super frendly team always ready to help with highest quality and Japan respect. I recommend this Hotel to every Accor guest to have a look how this all is made and compare to other Hotels - You will be very suprised in a very positive way !

Hotel is very good facilities, staff has excellence service , ALL benefit is very recognition and great . Shuttle bus service is very useful and nice staff service. Restaurant is also great service also. Everything is excellence. If next my trip is in Karatsu , here is the best hotel that I’ll come again.
