The presence of stains on the carpet and sofa, as well as finding a spider on the bed, is not the level of cleanliness we aim to provide. We also apologize for the confusion regarding the strawberry-picking activity. While we understand that our staff informed you that it was available and even provided a discount coupon, we regret that the information did not reflect the actual situation at the farm, as the season had already ended.
