We checked into the hotel when it was heavily snowed. The hotel was packed since it was close to the end of the year. It had a good onsen area, both indoor and outdoor. There was some wait for both the bathing and changing room for the onsen. The hotel was operating like a canteen with people lining up for breakfast, free drinks or any meals. Not much of a service, it just worked like a factory with people come and go. This might very well be reflected with the price. We also noticed that free flow of cheap spirits / alcohols might work for some, but not for us.

Thank you for staying at our hotel and for taking the time to share your feedback. Due to heavy snowfall and the busy year-end period, the hotel was particularly crowded during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the waiting times at the onsen and the congestion during meals and services, and we regret that our service style did not fully meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding our onsen facilities and will take them into consideration as we continue to improve the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future under more comfortable conditions.

I greatly appreciate the staff effort from front desk staff to the restaurant staff. They're friendly and all staff welcoming guest with smile. I heard some guest complaining about the queue of dinner, but what I see is the committed staffs who is calmly assist us despite the queue. They really tried their best so that we can enter dinner banquet as soon as possible. :) The room is spacious, they offer welcome drinks for all guests, onsen, playroom for kids, and mini library.

We enjoyed the Japanese arts and crafts as well as the Japanese food buffets including the crab legs add on to dinner. Great value. Location is challenging to get to without a car and trails around the property would be nice.

I supposed to stay at peaceful hotel because it is quite far from a city and located near a forest. but when I have been there, too many cars occupied parking lot, so it made me surprised first. Check-in process is good and quick with English speaking staff. But !!! He said the lounge is for all, so I was surprised for a second. After I went to the lounge, there were so a lot of people who talked loudly, so I just drank a glass of beer and left from the chaotic area. Lol The room meets my expectation. Quite old but the best thing is a massage chair of your own. i think this is the best part of this hotel. Noto beef including dinner set was not wonderful. Onsen spa is busy as the numbers of guests, so it was not surprised me at all. So, I just say it looks peaceful but not that one.

We regret that the parking lot was already nearly full upon your arrival, and that the shared lounge during dinner was crowded and noisy, which prevented you from enjoying a calm meal or drink. We also apologize that the dinner featuring Noto beef, and the spa/onsen area, did not meet your expectations for a quiet, restful experience. Please know that we take all guest feedback seriously. We will review our guest‑flow management and consider adjustments to lounge and spa usage, to better preserve the tranquil atmosphere for guests seeking a peaceful getaway. We appreciate your valuable comments, and hope you might give us another opportunity in the future to provide the relaxing retreat you were looking for.
