I found a cheap and not clean room (I found a t-shirt used and dusty into the closet); the shower was broken as well as the window. So bad experience.

Good central hotel and not too far off the motorway for on route trips. Big hotel, a little hard to find but ok. Reception clean, tidy and ample parking at the rear, rooms are big and comfortable, breakfast very good Only issue is that being a silver card holder the free drink on arrival not available as the bar shut early, after a long day driving it would have been nice

Convenient location and easy access Issue with the A/C, we had to change room after one day In the second room, the bathroom was quite old looking and some fixtures not in good shape The breakfast is not well organized and causes a lot of wait and delays. The staff does not have time to care for the guests. Tables remained not cleaned with dirty plates for very long. Regarding the welcome drink voucher, it is a joke, as we found out that our drinks on the first day have been charged any way. The staff at the counter and in general is however professional and does its best to make you feel welcome. Not a bad hotel, but too many negative points that allow me to say that overall, this hotel is below the average Mercure hotel standards : and with more than 60 stays/year in Accor hotels, I believe I know what I am talking about.
