I'm a habitual guest at the hotel for business trips and I consider the hotel as first choice when coming to Genoa. Last week I was assigned to room 317 which was fine overall, but I only wanted to inform that the window had some issues, not closing properly, and I experienced some noise from outside which I'm not used to it normally in the hotel. Thanks

Located just outside Genoa, this hotel is very convenient for travelers with cars. Convenient location off highway, large, clean rooms and sanitary facilities, excellent parking, nice breakfast.

When arrived at the room I noticed 1 pair of slippers on the bed for a superior double room for 2 persons. This got me to check what I actually was supposed to receive - nothing was mentioned on slippers, but bathrobes, which was totally missing. Not that we needed this, but wanted to be sure we would not have a problem afterwards, so I contacted the Reception and tried to explain the situation, to which the response was that they would take up the missing bathrobes, which in the end was 1 bath-towel, so then I gave up. My problem is still that I have the feeling the room was not in correct order when we moved in and that Reception did not understand this. Later, next morning at 06 early we were woken up by somebody going around banging on the windows - as these superior rooms have a "gangway" that obviously anybody can access. I called the Reception about this disturbance and if I understood correctly from what I could hear from the corridor, staff opened the emergency door in the end of that corridor and either invited the person outside or made, what I have understood was a homeless person looking for shelter from the big rain that night/morning. When checking out, as it was other staff from evening before, I asked about "The Single Slippers"-problem and they suggested it was a mistake from the Hotel's side. They were aware of the security problem happened as one of them were the night staff I had called two hours before. I did not as, or was offered, compensation as in the end I can always vote with my feet

Good morning this was my Third time in your hotel. Like always good Service. The only thing is I talk on Tuesday for have a look at the shower doors because there are not really tied. But nobody checked this. But all ok, and I´m looking forward to come back next Year.
