internet not working. the staff says that happens when the hotel is too full. Basically they know about the problem and never done anything about it. moreover the staff would not let me speak or phone with the manager. this person is too important to speak to customers.

Dear Mr Brugaliere Thank you for your time It’s with great regret that we accept this complaint My Colleagues told me that you had problems with connection when you arrived, but You got the connection working properly in the morning No other Guests complained about wifi connection, probably we get a connection leak for a limited period of time, it also happened that by restarting the devices no more issues appeared The day after we checked the connection with IT Colleagues everything was fine However thank also to your report we will work to increase and improve the connection range, hoping to avoid this type of problem in the future Point Us as disgrace of Accor for a temporary connection leak it’s not respectful towards Guys who work seriously and provide assistance in the best possible way for every situation, also Our Manager on Duty face your complaint and tried to give you assistance and feedback Anyway comments like this always help us to improve We remain at your disposal and We wish You a good day Best Regards

I'm a habitual guest at the hotel for business trips and I consider the hotel as first choice when coming to Genoa. Last week I was assigned to room 317 which was fine overall, but I only wanted to inform that the window had some issues, not closing properly, and I experienced some noise from outside which I'm not used to it normally in the hotel. Thanks
