Excellant séjour ! Nous étions dans cet hôtel kappa club avec une animatrice, Vanisha, très sympathique! Nous avons été chouchiutees ! La nourriture est top, mention spéciale à l’excellent resto japonais maguro. Je recommande !

Cela devait être une parenthèse durant mon voyage. Un plaisir avec mes points Accor. Au final on m’a débité les points puis l’équivalent lorsque j’ai quitté l’hôtel. J’ai contacté l’hôtel lorsque je me suis rendu compte de l’erreur et tout ce que l’on me répond en 2 jours est qu’on va étudier ma demande. J’ai pourtant envoyé les copies d’écrans venant de mes application All Accor et Banque. Certes un très bel hôtel mais au final plus de stress qu’autre chose. Ah oui et comme j’ai indiqué à l’arrivée payer mes dépenses au fur et à mesure (et ne pas laisser une somme en garantie) on m’a vidé la chambre du mini bar etc. Ça m’a choqué qu’on me prenne pour une voleuse potentielle alors que je suis cliente Accor depuis plusieurs années sans jamais aucun problème.

We have communicated with you about this matter, and the refund for the balance payment has been promptly followed up with the local bank. We also sincerely regret that aspects of your stay, including the handling of the minibar and certain service experiences, made you feel uncomfortable. Magnifique moment dans un hôtel magique (un petit rafraîchissement serait peut être le bienvenu) malgré ce détail, une équipe top (un gros plus à Pita serveuse sur le Cabana), l’équipe du kappa club est un plus. Personnel souriant. Peut être qu’un bar qui ferme un peu plus tard 1h ou 2h du matin (type bar lounge) serait un gros plus. Merci à vous et aux équipes.
