Séjour exceptionnel : villa intime, confortable et moderne, le personnel est très attentionné, toujours souriant de notre arrivée à l’aéroport jusqu’à notre départ. Petit déjeuner à la carte mais très varié et des produits frais et délicieux, expérience au Rumari unique pour le dîner et la cuisine du Chef Gaétan est raffinée et épicée à souhait, sa cuisine correspondra à tous les voyageurs à la recherche du bon, il faut vraiment essayer cette table. Les petites attentions du personnel nous ont vraiment touchés, même le mocktail préparé spécialement pour nous. Nous avons fait plusieurs hôtels dans le monde dont des Raffles mais celui de Bali reste le meilleur pour nous

Quelques points un peu décevants pour un séjour long. Tout est TRES sombre, on ne peut pas lire un livre dans les chambres ni les salons. Les 2 restaurants sont excellents mais les choix sont limités. Le Butler service est TRES pratique pour les petites choses mais ne remplace pas une vraie conciergerie pour des choses plus importantes comme organiser des excursions ou nous aider à trouver un vol de retour. Tout le personnel est charmant et attentionné.
