Lovel friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although the carpet was in need of a deep clean or replacement

I stay at the hotel regularly for work, the service and standards are always consistent. There is a small gym on site which I find very beneficial, there is also a restaurant with decent pub style food. Staff are friendly and accommodating, and rooms are of a good standard.

Still no decaffeinated tea's or coffee in the room even though I suggested this in my last review. Would be great to have fridges in all the rooms.
