Staff are friendly and professional and very helpful; the rooms are clean, reasonably spacious and comfortable; the bar is very good with a good selection of beers and wines and the food is very good. Room service is available and prompt.

Nice to see the same staff who remember you and treat you like a valuable customers, with the exception of the small brown haired girl that works on reception who was rude and inflexible everyone else was great. I was on holiday and told the small lady you can be as rude as you want I will ignore it as your not going to ruin my holiday
