I found the hotel room comfortable and very clean, staff in the main hotel were lovely. We tried a few times to go to the bar, either at the pool or in the evening. Trying to get service was nearly impossible and often rude. One day no one would serve us, someone asked us what we wanted and then huffed and walked off, so we ended up leaving after waiting 20 mins. It was like if you hadn’t booked a table outside you were not valued. As hotel customers I’d expect a friendly bar staff.
