Hotel was near the bus station and short wall to the center.However the room is small and the common are is basic with limited tea facility

Overall the stay was pleasant. Checkin took rather long. One of the rooms' cards wasn't working at first. One of our rooms didn't have towels. Other than that clean rooms, comfortable beds. Rather small rooms (too small of you want to stay with big luggage, and more than 2 days)., No safe in the room. But the central location clean and modern rooms and reasonable price made the stay overall satisfying.

unfortunately, this wasn’t the usual lovely stay we’ve had in our years of choosing ibis. We felt that our floor (3rd floor) and room (310) was extremely run down. We didn’t expect a 5* hotel at all but we didn’t even have a shelf in the room to put our clothes! We got 4 coat hangers which doesn’t suffice for 2 people for 3 nights. Our room was quite dirty - specifically the shower floor. We had no safe. We didn’t have a particularly warm welcome from staff either. We’ve stayed in ibis styles before and never had such a poor experience for the high price paid.

I partly appreciate that Ibis Style is 'breaking the hotel mold' by having Reception on the top floor and by having very active and accessible public areas, but it's also so self-consciously hip and young that I wonder if anyone at all feels this is "their place." "Graffiti" saying "Don't let the muggles get you down"? The common area called "The Fuzzy Log"? A fuzzy monster mascot? Just who is that pitched to? I think it might be patronizing to 13 year olds. The rooms are fine. I appreciate the bare-bones. There's all that's needed. But otherwise I spent as little time as I had to. One rather important thing: the elevators are iffy. Often the call button just didn't work and I had to walk to another floor to get to a button that worked.

I honestly think the price asked was not proportionate to the service and/or quality of the room: 150 Euro + 22 for parking for a relatively small room. Bathroom and shower too close to the bed; close to zero privacy when you need to use the toilet
