The hotel is situated between main train station and the city center, so it can't be better. Staff was very friendly and every interaction I had was very pleasant and resultful. But the room.. It was not very good cleaned, no power outlet at the bedband the worst part was the toilet - it is in the same room as the bed and the distance between toilet seat and the pillow of the bed was less than 1 meter! Horrific idea and as it was never cleaned well, it was stinking - just near the pillow. Disgusting. I had to make rearranges not to feel it that much. The sliding door that separated the toilet area was also not helping much. Maybe in bigger rooms it is not that crazy, but this one is insane.

Great stay. Great location for exploring Ljubljana. Amazing staff- great ambassadors for Slovenia. My castle view room was great- superb view and generous size for Ibis Styles. The furnishings, carpets were looking tired so you may need an upgrade soon. Lovely welcome gift of wine. Suggest adding tea/coffee in room.
