Had a wonderful stay here, nice hotel room and a wonderful placement, as we came by bus to the station, and left there after a couple of nights, so it was nice to be in between the station and the old town. The only thing was that the booking said it for one person instead of for two (might have been my fault, even though I thought I booked it for two). I saw this pretty early and called them the day after booking, the lady on the phone said it was no problem since the room was a double room, I asked if she could change the booking for me then, just to have no issue, and she told me that it was no problem. When we checked in though, they said again that the booking was only for one person, I told them I called, and they sort of agreed with me. Yet they told me we had to pay an extra charge for each night. I didn’t have a problem with the charge itself, as it wasn’t that expensive, but I was a bit annoyed the lady on the phone didn’t tell me about it at least, just to not have any surprises when arriving. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay there.

Comfortable large room and great bed. Bathroom good but not keen on glass doors for toilet and shower. No real privacy. Breakfast plentiful and great view from bar/breakfast room.

This is a great hotel in an excellent position, just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful city centre. The rooms are big and very clean but probably the best thing about the hotel is the reception team. They are so helpful and a real credit to the hotel. We are already looking forward to coming back. The parking is also very easy.
