the only issue is elevetor not working properly and having to wait from 1 minute to 8 minutes for elevetor to come. just for hotel of this type its not acceptable

Regarding the elevators, we completely understand your frustration and agree that waiting times can be inconvenient. In many cases, delays happen when both the “up” and “down” buttons are pressed simultaneously on different floors, which can unfortunately create confusion in the system and extend waiting times. All good, just we was sad as Etno restaurant was not working on Monday and circular water wave should be played more often.
