The pool areas are designed with different purposes in mind, including wellness, relaxation, and family use. The outdoor pools are, of course, exposed to weather conditions and therefore their perceived temperature may vary depending on the season and outdoor temperature. We understand that some guests may prefer greater variation in pool depth or warmer water, and we appreciate your feedback. At the same time, the thermomineral water and its temperature range are an important part of our wellness concept and the experience we aim to offer. We are pleased that you enjoyed our breakfast. Regarding dinner, we are sorry that the preparation of some of the proteins was not to your taste. We take this kind of feedback seriously and will share it with our culinary team. At the same time, we are glad that you enjoyed the salads and side dishes. Our aim is to offer a varied selection that caters to a wide range of tastes, although we understand that individual preferences regarding the preparation of meat can differ considerably. We also appreciate your comments about our poolside restaurants. We understand your expectation of finding more traditional Serbian cuisine, especially given the wonderful gastronomic heritage of the region. We would, however, like to point out that our resort also features an Etno restaurant, dedicated to traditional Serbian cuisine and authentic local flavours. Our poolside restaurants are designed to offer a more casual and international selection, which is why the menu there includes familiar dishes that appeal to both domestic and international guests. Nevertheless, we appreciate your suggestion and agree that there is always an opportunity to further showcase the rich culinary traditions of Serbia throughout the resort. With regard to the walking trails, we would like to add some context. Fruška Gora is a national park with a vast network of hiking and walking trails through its beautiful natural surroundings, and one of the great advantages of staying in our resort is precisely the opportunity to explore this unique landscape. The route towards Vrdnik Tower is one of the attractions in the area, although we appreciate that finding the correct path can be challenging for guests who are unfamiliar with Fruška Gora. We will certainly consider how we can provide clearer information and guidance about the available trails and nearby points of interest.
