Dear Mr. Slaven, Thank You for sharing Your feedback. We are glad You enjoyed our SPA center. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Regarding the cockroach, our property is regularly maintained and cleaned, and we do not have a problem with them. However, occasionally an insect may appear, which can happen even in private homes, regardless of cleanliness. We also regret the disturbance caused by the TV turning on automatically in the early morning. This is certainly not the standard we strive for, and we are taking steps to ensure that such technical issues are resolved to prevent this from happening in the future. Your comfort and satisfaction are extremely important to us, and we hope you will give us another opportunity to host you, so we can provide a truly worry-free and enjoyable stay. Dear Mr. D., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the water temperature in the outdoor pools, we would like to clarify that our thermal water temperature is constant and ranges between 29 and 32°C. While this is considered thermal water, it may feel cooler to guests who are accustomed to hyperthermal springs with higher temperatures. We regret the inconvenience caused by your access card not working and the concerns you mentioned about room cleanliness. This is certainly not the standard we strive for, and your comments will be forwarded to the relevant departments for immediate review and improvement. We are also sorry to hear that breakfast and service did not meet your expectations.
