Not all hydro-massage features are working, and some only turn on occasionally. In the sauna area, not all amenities are available.

Cold water in the pools previously it was not so and tepidariums also cold The oter stuff was ok But this is a wellness hotel so it is a asignificant drawback

The hotel was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The thermal pools were amazing — clean, relaxing, and very well maintained. The sauna area was also fantastic. The food was another highlight of the stay, tasty and with plenty of choice at every meal. Overall, everything was organized at a high level and I would gladly come back and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing spa getaway.

We stayed for two nights in the superior apartment. Considering the price we paid, the water pressure in the bathroom is not satisfactory, as is the complicated TV setting.Remote controler did not work.They had to change batteries. Water in the jacuzzi fills very slowly. They should have informed us about this at the reception so that we could plan our time. We were also told at the check-in that all information about the hotel can be found on paper on the table in our apartment which I think is not appropriate for such a hotel.We were at the same hotel three years ago, but we forgot a lot of things about the hotel and we wanted to hear information and if there is anything new in the hotel. I expected more information live from the reception during check-in, bearing in mind that there was no crowd when we were checking into the hotel. We also thought about extending one more night and when we came to the reception to ask for the price, we got the same price as on the booking. Even though I pointed that out, there was no willingness to give us a better price considering that we were to book directly.
