The bed is really good. The food is amazing! We had VIP access to the SPA area and that was lovely. Not a huge fan of the general pool area. We had a massage as well and that was very lovely in terms of ambient but could be better in terms of the massage itself.

We stayed for three days with a late check-out option. The hosts were very kind, and the hygiene was at a very high level. The room had everything we needed; it was quiet and comfortable. The hotel was well organized, and the restaurant offered many meal options, all of which were delicious. Big recommendation for this place!

Hotel is perfectly situated within 30-45min drive from two major cities (Belgrade and Novi Sad) and Tesla International airport, and yet in peaceful nature site. It is rather large hotel with all pros and cons that come with it. Only complain I could think of is that it can and does get overcrowded on weekends and major holidays and that not all facilities are dimensioned to take that in account. Other than that, is well run, recently refurbished hotel in line with Accor standards for this brand and level. I stayed here couple of times both as Accor gold and Platinum member and status was recognized and benefits applied. Kids love it and most of the experience is geared towards families and kids with playrooms in different locations around hotel, kids’ section of water world, food for buffet dinner is kids’ paradise and so on. Connecting family rooms are perfect balance of joint family space and option to have some privacy, spacious and well equipped. If you are staying with kids I would recommend half bord with buffet dinner. Having said that, adults will not get bored here for sure, sound world is extensive and adults only. Service is very good from check and all the way thru. All in all, I would recommend and will get back to this hotel. My family will be back.
