Our stay at Fruske Terme had its positives – the complex itself, spa facilities, and overall ambiance are truly beautiful and at a high standard. However, for a price of around €200 per night, expectations are significantly higher, especially when it comes to organization and overall guest experience. The biggest downside is the pool area management – as hotel guests, we couldn’t find available sunbeds because they were occupied by visitors who were not staying at the hotel. This is a serious capacity management issue and directly impacts the experience, particularly at a premium price point. Additionally, the kids’ playroom is poorly organized. There is no proper animation or engagement for children, and the staff present do not contribute to the experience – communication and overall attitude are at a very low level. In reality, parents are the ones taking care of their children, which defeats the purpose of having this facility. It is also unclear why the playroom closes as early as 9 PM, especially considering that parents are present with their children at all times. More flexible working hours would significantly improve the guest experience. Conclusion: The hotel has strong potential and a great foundation, but operational details and service quality do not justify the price. With better organization and a stronger focus on guest experience, the overall impression could be significantly improved.

We would like to clarify that our children’s playroom is designed as a space for play and leisure, with animators whose role is to ensure safety and contribute to a pleasant and secure environment for all children. However, this service does not include individual childcare or babysitting. It is expected that parents remain present and supervise their children during their stay. The opening hours of the playroom are defined in line with the typical daily routine of young children. In the evening hours, this time is generally considered part of children’s rest and bedtime, which is why extending the operating hours would not be in line with the intended purpose of the facility. Regarding the pool area, we would like to note that a sufficient number of sunbeds is available to all guests. However, the central area is the most in demand, which may create the impression of limited availability. Access to wellness facilities is not limited exclusively to hotel guests, as they are also used by guests staying in other resort accommodation units, who are equally considered our guests. Entry for external visitors is controlled and limited in accordance with capacity in order to maintain the quality of service. We are pleased that you recognized the quality of our complex and facilities, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with an even better organized experience.
