I will share your comments with our team. Your comments have been noted. The temperature in the pools is checked several times per day, and the water in our pools is at the expected level of 29-33 degrees C for hypothermal mineral waters. As the hotel is kid-friendly, many of them are our guests. Our recommendation for a more relaxed stay is our sister hotel, Premier Aqua, an adults-only hotel offering a more serene experience.
