Super friendly and helpful staff at check-in and throughout. Fun, funky, quirky decor (per the brand). Good-sized room, very comfortable bed and bedding. WiFi is an unsecured non-password protected network. This meant I was unable to connect with my work laptop as my employer doesn't allow poorly secured networks. Disappointing, but the excellent staff were able to provide a workaround in the form of a mobile password-protected dongle. I was woken multiple times in the night due to a rhythmic banging. It was very annoying and I could hear it (and feel it) even with ear plugs and my head between 2 pillows. In the morning I informed the staff. They were unsurprised and declined to listen to a recording of it that I'd made. They said no need for the recording, just let them know the times I heard it. When I asked why they weren't surprised they said they knew about it; that it is construction work being done in the shopping centre (in which the hotel is located); and that they just need times so that they complain to the shopping centre management. This doesn't sit well with me: I shouldn't have to ensure a poor night of sleep just to feed the hotel's compaint arsenal. I paid full price for the room with the expectation of a good quiet night of sleep (the hotel even boasts of sound-proof rooms!). The hotel knew there was a possibility that that would not be the case. In my view this is not fair on the customer, and it really spoiled my stay at this hotel.

Hi. I was not satisfied with my mama shelter hotel. They didn’t give a discount for my reward points. (40 Euro) I want my points back. (2000 points) Welcome drink was not served in the lobby. Invoice is attached. I want to get my points back. (2000 points.)
