Located in the city center, on the 4th floor of a commercial center, giving a very nice view on Belgrade. The room (familiar suite) was just incredible by the size, the design and the comfort it offers, especially the beds that were amazing. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I was amazed with everything, with design, each detail have something to say and makes you connected. Restaurant same very modern comfortable chairs and design, excellent food, very smiley personnel. I was very satisfied with the stay. Cant wait for next time.

Room was nice, location is great and all the staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful. It was perfect except for the quality of the pillows (that are awul) and the linen that's not very nice. And a shame not to have a bottle of water available in the room nor anywhere to get one late at night. Breakfast is amazing, the rest of the food is good but not outstanding.

The rooms were spacious and had lovely and weird little touches. The umbrella was great but the empty mini fridge was not so great. I have one strong complain which I even made to managment durng my stay and they promised to compensate me which never happened. Upon arrival I had to work so i decided to order room service. Their was no menu in the room so I called the restaurant and they said it will be quicker if collected a menu from them, so I went over to the restaurant and ordered a simple lunch for room service and went back to work. When the food arrived i was very surprised that there is a 15euro fee for room service. Both when I called the restaurant and gone their in person to order no one bothered to mention this fee which was almost more than the meal i ordered. While this is not about the 15 euros it is about transparency and then failure to follow up after I raised this issue which was extremely disappointing.

My experience was really successful. I very much like the concept of Mama hotel, the people were extremely friendly. The bathrooms could be still improved, same as the breakfast which I found very simple and limited.

It's always nice to come back to Mama's Shelter. Feels like home :) The staff is very kind, polite and helpful. The restaurant has very nice food. It's spacious so you can have your corner and peacefully enjoy the breakfast. Suggestion for improvement: to add the access card point on the door close to the the restrooms on the restaurant level.
