It was a lousy stay. Definitely noth worth the money. It wasnt like a huge problem but a lot of amaller things. Like why the fridge is empty? Why there is no complimantary water? Why there is only a bar of soap as a compdity and no shampoo and shower gel? Also why my Accor loyalty was not into account? I didnt get any upgrade for rooms or Accor was not even mentioned. I dont want the farthest room on the lowest floor when I pay 200 euro a night. Also had a huge flying beetle at the room. So when you add all these up, I am not coming back

It’s almost everything you need for a short stay, although take a shower gel with you. And I was much surprised that during the day, when the day light is there, curtains in my room were closed and light bulbs were put on. I would be more cautious to the energy.

Mama Shelter was the best! Located inside the mall, I’ve felt like in heaver at Mama Shelter Belgrade. The clean was cozy, the bed was comfortable and the staff were super friendly.
