The staff was very friendly. Our lobby receptionist walk us to the room and welcome us. On the way to the room he also spoke about hotel and their amanities which is really nice.

The room I had a had a soaking wet carpet from broken windows. On top of that the hotel room had been paid for in advance by the company I freelance for, and they charged me again. They blamed it on it being a "bank holiday". Never staying there again.

We stayed at Mama Shelter for a work trip with several colleagues, the staff were super attentive and looked after us very well. I especially liked the bar area and the great selection of food and drinks. You would not think this existed at the top of a shopping mall!
