Everybody is very kind. Nice breakfast and even nicer lunch. Hotel smells very nice. Very professional reception. Just still not getting my Accor points after 4 days. Usually it was much faster. We do recommend this hotel.

It was my first stay in this hotel and we are fully satisfied. Extremely kind personel, big & delicious breakfast and also very big and tasty lunch. Nice smelling hotel. Hence – not happy about the Accor points still not added to my status after two days.

We are a Melbourne-based couple returning home to Belgrade for a week's holiday and we had a delightful stay at the Mercure Hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly at the counter, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the breakfast/room service delicious. The kitchen staff were also super friendly during breakfast and during room service. Thanks so much for making us feel welcome.

The hotel did not inform us in advance about the unavailability of a parking spot,(there wasn't any after all and i had to figure it out myself and we finally parked 1.5 km away).restaurant & bar during NYE closed shortly after 23:00 and they "forced" us out although we ordered at 22:45. At the first room ,there was a problem with the air condition ,a weird fan noise although it wasnt workinf,i reported the problem,the hotel fixed it rekotely somehow temporarily but they never investigated the issue and the same thing happened the next day where we changed rooms.cable TV wasn't working all the time,ci module loading problem happened at least twice. I have stayed at other Mercure hotel in Europe the same time and there is no comparison ,it was far superior than in Belgrade.

From the moment I walked in to the lobby I was treated with friendly staff.. my room was spotless and comfortable exactly what I needed after a long day of travel.. I ate in the restaurant the food was delicious and the bar manger extremely friendly and informative of places I should visit recommending restaurants and bars.. thinking English hoteliers could learn a lot from the staff

I stay at your hotel frequently...just an issue with transfer to airport

I love your hotel and stay there at least once a month. I asked for a taxi to the airport and a ride was arranged. Nobody told me it was an expensive car service. It was over double the cost of a taxi. I didn't notice it until I looked at my invoice a few days later. I didn't need a fancy. Expensive car...just a,simple ride to the airport If I had been informed that a regular taxi wasn't arranged-i would have said no, just call pink taxi.
