I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and on the first day I arrived after midnight, was very hungry, but everything in the area was closed. Receptionists were so kind to help me with ordering some food using a local app. Life savers! The hotel is in an excellent location and room was spacious, clean and well equiped with all necessary amenities. The entire hotel staff went above and beyond to assist with anything I asked, great customer service by every team member and in conclusion, an excellent hotel that I will deffinitely return to!

This hotel is well situated in the city center and a quick walk away from the most popular tourist attractions and many landmark buildings like the National Assembly and St. Mark’s Church. The room was quite good but the customer service was a bit average.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating, location is near bus stops and the national parliament.. 15 min walk into the old town which is handy. The only thing I would have wanted to know is the small and old lift/elevator they have (something out of their control being an okd building, but maybe they can renovate and find another area for a new lift?)
