Everywhere at the hotel the service was very friendly and smiling. The breakfast was good and had many local foods. Room wss cosy and clean.

I had a chance to spend a few days in this wonderful hotel during Christmas and NYE holidays. Location is great, rooms are nicely done, clean and spacious but most of all, I'd like to praise their staff. Kind, accommodating and always with a smile, it's been a real pleasure to stay in Hotel Mercure Belgrade and I will deffinitely come back.

Hotel Mercure Belgrade Excelsior has a perfect central location. Rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, well maintained and kept perfectly clean. Bed was really comfy and I had such a wonderful sleep. Really kind and gentle staff, polite and willing to help with every request I had. I will definitely be back next time I visit our lively capitol of Belgrade!

I spent one night in Hotel Mercure Belgrade Excelsior while passing through Serbia and it was great. It is a lovely hotel and I was given a beautiful and spacious room. They have wonderful staff and location is just perfect. I will certainly recommend it to all my friends and familly.

Staff reminded three times before they decided to fix the TV in the room. Even after that the TV sound was not OK. 15 euros for a double espresso at your hotel is too much, don't you think?
