Overall a great place to stay. The staff were kind and very helpful, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, although it could be a bit more varied. The only downside was the weak soundproofing of the windows: since the hotel is on a main road, you can sometimes hear street noise at night. Aside from that, it’s a superb hotel in a very convenient location, and I would gladly stay again.

While traveling for business, trying to find the most practical solution. More mini bar solution (like more coffer, water, etc) would be even better.

The hotel totally met my expectations. Great location, not too far from the center, yet quiet and safe. Standard room, the one you can expect from Mercure hotel in any country. The building is historic and very beautiful.

Excellent hotel in a good location. Very comfy rooms/beds with tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast buffet was good, but I just wish they offered that good Serbian flatbread instead of the industrial stuff. I didn't see a toaster, but no biggie.

The hotel staff left absolutely nothing to be desired! Took great care of us from the get go, provided us with a very sweet welcome note and Christmas cookies, answered all of our potential questions and always treated us with exceptional kindness and warmth! It really made our stay!
