Nice hotel and great room. But the check-in was horrible. The receptionist is not helpful at all and treated us badly during check in and did not provide proper information about the facilities. The F&B team and Chef, Housekeeping team did a good job.

1、整体服务跟不上，打电话让前台送水一直没送； 2、早上走廊吵闹声很大； 3、作为一个高档型酒店客人入住时间在晚上9点50，大堂的灯光居然关了有3/2，就剩前台一点微弱灯光，节能也不是这样节的吧

Very clean room with comfortable bed. Check in was a breeze. The hotel provides toothbrush and paste in environmental friendly packaging. There's a night market just down the street with mini mart. Very satisfied with this hotel and will definitely stay again!
