1. Very good service and feeling in hotel. 2. The light in hall is too short, it hurt my head in my walking. 3. Heard some voice, similar as machine or lift working in night.

Over all, it is a good experience. But, some facility in the room is too old to use.

The location is fantastic for travellers for both airport terminals. Staff at the lobby were professional and friendly. I would also like to thank you for the room upgrade I received. I especially like how you make it clear to guests that which light switch controls which light. However, I'd also like to see two things improved a little bit: 1. There can be more complimentary drinks / snacks besides bottled water in the room. 2. I believe I stayed in Room 919 IIRC. The leakage of water at the balcony produced some drip noise that made falling asleep harder, even though the balcony is inaccessible and blocked by two layers of glasses.

this is the 2nd stay for my family at this hotel. the impression of the 1st stay is very nice. we still keep the toy Pooh bear at my home. We late checked in this time as the flight arrived after 21:30. and we also feel good service from hotel staff.
