We usually always enjoy staying at the Pullman and look forward to our stay. What we liked: we did not smell cigarette smoke in the room. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good pressure. The room was clean. They brought us a selection of foods from the executive lounge, even though the lounge was closed. They serve a nice breakfast. What we didn’t like: cigarette smoke in the exterior hallways. People staying in hotel at an international airport not being enforced to wear a mask while getting food off of a buffet. The balcony is worthless, why have it if you can’t use it? Guests out in the halls yelling or talking on cellphones after 22:00. We had a very good stay and would return.

Check in and check out was good and service was friendly. Large room with comfortable bed and very clean. Bathroom also quite large and there is a good view of the TV from the bathtub. The speaker in the bathroom was also a nice addition so you can easily watch a movie in the bath. However, the food at the Chinese restaurant was not very good. We ordered the Kou Shui Ji (口水鸡) and it was not what I am used to having elsewhere in China, very salty and no spice. Fried rice was bland and pan fried dumplings appeared to be microwaved. Meal was very expensive for what we received. We paid for breakfast and it was okay, about the same as I've had at other hotels in China. Overall, a good place to stay if you need to be near the airport.

I am typically delighted with the service. During my most recent stay, the corridor light was permanently on and the heating unit was not heating. The service in general was very good. It was just the functional elements of the room that were not great.

Stayed one night. Came in late and had to wait in line to check in. Had breakfast and left. I think there may had been an issue with the coffee machine.

Good location if you want to access the airport in minutes

The location of this hotel is literally at the airport, at 2min walk from the terminal. Convenient as I have an early flight out the next morning. It has good facilities. The Wifi on my laptop had some problems and switched on and off. No stable connection, this was hindering the work I was doing on my laptop. The staff was very attentive and brought fruit and sweets to my room, as I have a frequent traveler status with this hotel chain. The guest in a room next door was smoking, although it were non-smoking rooms, and the smell penetrated through the walls into my room.

But I do apologize for the WiFi connection problem and smoke odor your mentioned penetrated through the walls into your room. For the WIFI, please rest assured that our IT solution Manager is working on the renovation program.
