The hotel itself is modern, well located and fine, but I experienced several problems, which made my stay quite unpleasant. 1) Long lasting check in. When I came approx. at 18.00 there were 2 other guests in front of me in a queue for check in and I had to wait approximately 10 minutes, because there was just one receptionist. 2) When I was booking the stay with the app, I had to do the card pre-authorization and at the check-in once more. I do not understand why there is a need of do this twice. 3) Because I was there for just one night, I wanted to pay and get the invoice instantly. But there was some problem with issuing the invoice and I was told to come later in the evening. I came in the morning and the problem persisted. I was in hurry, so I came the third time, after work, when I finally got the invoice. 4) In the morning, I wanted to take a shower, when I discovered there is not a hot water in the room. It was just dripping. I had to go to sauna to get a shower. Sorry, but this is a total fail in a 4-star hotel to have just cold water. 5) The air-conditioning was quite noisy even it was set to lower level. 6) There is no rest area in the wellness centre and steam sauna was out of order. There is absolutely no privacy in the showers, which are right against the sauna door. And no cooling pool. It seems like the wellness area was designed by someone who has no idea, how the premises should look like. 7) On the breakfast buffet there was a hot chocolate option on the machine, but it run out of chocolate. I claimed it by the personel and got answer the hot chocolate is not available. If I did not have the business meetings in the Pullman business centre, I would never book the hotel again.

We are truly sorry to learn that you were not satisfied with your overall stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that you may have experienced. Our reception is always manned by 2 receptionists. Unfortunately, during the time of your Check In, the other receptionist was attending an issue in another guest’s room. We always ask our guests to present a card during Check In, which I trust you know is standard practice in majority of proper hotels around the world. This is regardless of how the reservation was originally done. For the convenience of all our guests, our reception is open 24/7. This means we are available to assist with any kind of issues that our guests bring to our attention, including the ones affecting their room. Should you decide to stay with us again please feel free to give us a call so we may respond accordingly. Unfortunately, we can do little with your dissatisfaction related to the design of our spa, however I will gladly forward your comments to the relevant parties for further review.
