When booking in we were not told that the restaurant was not available due to company conference, so nowhere for all other customers to eat. We were told there was another hotel which we had to get a taxi too.

close to the airport, room was not ready for check-in at 15:00, had to wait 40-50min. breakfast average

We had a good experience, staff is friendly too. The rooms are modern and clean. We were just missing some complimentary slippers and bottle of water.

Everything was ok, except coordination between the stuff on my last day because I had late check-out.

As a hotel which is newly constructed, I can see a lot of potential in Pullman Zagreb. However the service is not good, starting from the fact that the hotel only offers one small bottle of water when check in, and never provide more. The first night I checked in, I finished the bottle and ask for one more, the team said you can just drink from the tap in the toilet … I mean not a single chain hotel does not provide water not to mention it is late night and customer cannot go out and buy one. Also, a common sense, drinking tap water is not good for the health as it might cause hair loss and kidney stone. So I didn’t expect such a newly built hotel has such bad service
