The hotel itself is nice, but the room was very dirty. And I’m not talking about minor surface dirt - it was clear that proper cleaning had not been done for a long time. There were layers of dust, a dirty carpet, stained doors, etc. We also booked parking, but no one explained where exactly we should go or how to enter. When we called the hotel from the parking area, no one opened the gate. We had to go to the hotel in person and ask again. These are things hotel staff should explain proactively and clearly, rather than guests having to chase this information themselves. Overall, the hotel itself is not bad, but the dirt and the passivity of the staff completely spoil the experience.

Quiet, comfortable, rooms very nice. Heating not very good, and it was -6 outside. I reported to desk but no one came. I found and cleaned ac filter under shower and it was ok then. Simple 5 min fix but no one bother to check ac filter.

This was my second stay at a Pullman hotel. My first was in France. Pullman is an excellent brand and I enjoyed my stay very much. Be sure and order the eggs Benedict at breakfast because they are great.

Let's start with the positives - the building exteriors and interiors are great, very modern, elegant and comfy. Gym is a gem, very well equipped for a proper workout. What makes the good stay experience, though, is the staff competency. Here's a lot to improve on the management side, unfortunately. 1. It took 20 mins to get us checked in, the hotel was completely empty, there was no queue whatsoever. Why? 2. As a Gold member, I asked for the upgrade to the next room category. My ask was eventually fulfilled, but the recepcionist initially said that I am ineligible with Gold for an upgrade... 3. Amount that I was asked to sign off was wrong (the receptionist didn't deduct the partial payment with accor points). 4. The weather was awful, so we decided to dine in the hotel restaurant. We ordered mains and drinks for 4 ppl. I specifically reconfirmed with the waitress that we ordered 4 dishes, since she wasn't noting down the order. I the end, my wife's dish never arrived, it's a shame. No excuses. 5. Since the hotel was almost empty in the morning, we were offered a'la carte breakfast, which was decent but the dishes themselves were very small. Overall, I won't be coming back. It's disappointing to see such amazing state's value diminished by non-adequte service levels.
